We just obtained a great insurance package through Janna Bidlack State Farm, with special thanks to Katie Fairey. Katie is very personable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and our time schedules. She walked us through the policies in great detail and didn’t try to oversell anything. I am very satisfied with the service. Brian presented certain insurance options that were quite attractive to me. Brian answered all my questions honestly. I ended up buying my auto insurance through his company, Janna Bidlack/StateFarm.

We recently moved to Columbus Ohio and, fortunately, found Janna and her team, Smith and Thomas, to take care of our insurance needs. Working with them has been and is an absolute pleasure, they found multiple areas in which we were over insured thus made substantial savings for us. Their level of customer care reminds me of the friendly small town service I was used to in Ireland.
