I had an amazing experience at Grace Loves Lace. Seth was incredible from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the dresses and gave me a lot of helpful information about the turnaround time for certain dresses since I don’t have a lot of time. I love that Seth was very professional throughout the appointment and there was zero pressure (unlike an appointment I had at another bridal salon). He even helped my sister with getting the perfect angle for pictures. Even though I had an amazing, stress free appointment, I was more impressed with what happened before and after my appointment. Seth was great with communication before we even met and let me know what to expect when I arrived and how the appointments usually go. His follow-up after my appointment was so nice and refreshing. I received the nicest text from him and we were able to continue communication about questions I thought of after the fact. I love businesses that offer texting as a communication option. It allows me to respond when it’s convenient for me and it made it so much easier. When I say he followed up afterwards, I don’t mean for a day. I had a lot of questions and I was super annoying. I’m talking for weeks. He was always happy to help and went above and beyond. To say I’m impressed with the Grace Loves Lace brand and Seth is an understatement. I’m very happy with my experience and hope Seth is recognized for his work ethic and professionalism.

I found the perfect dress & veil at Grave Loves Lace. Seth was so nice and helpful and super patient with my family and I. He made the experience wonderful! The space is so clean, welcoming and beautiful!

Very communicative throughout the entire process. They were the only bridal salon to reach out before my appointment and discuss my wedding and what I thought I was looking for. During the appointment, they were very patient, understanding, helpful and focused on helping me find my dream dress. The follow-up after purchasing my gown made me feel like they truly cared about helping me find the perfect dress and not just trying to make a sale.

Currently, I was standing in front of this place, looking through the window and admiring the dresses, when a rude lady came out and said, "Excuse me, we are closed." I responded that I was just admiring the dresses through the window. She locked the door without offering any further information about the business hours or inquiring if I was looking for a dress. I'll never patronize this place when I do buy a dress! Customer service is everything. The lady was short, white, with glasses and red hair.Be careful how you treat people!!!

Let me tell you about Seth & this outstanding brand! My mother, maid of honor and I actually had an appt at the NYC location (Seth was visiting to help that studio) - NYC had a horrible flood and they almost cancelled my appointment but Seth said: I came here to help brides find their dress so we are weathering the storm! And thank god they let me in because I found the PERFECT DRESS!! It was meant to be. Seth was so attentive, kind and found me exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated his work ethic and vouching for me to keep my appointment despite a 100 year flood happening outside. I can’t wait to show everyone my dress - I’m obsessed with it!!

What an amazing experience!! My future daughter in law found the absolute perfect dress with help from our personal stylist, Seth!! The space is clean and beautiful. The attention is personal and private and the dresses are so elegant and beautifully simple, with no heavy beads and poking zippers! I would highly recommend Grace Loves Lace! We so enjoyed our entire experience!!

I wore GLL's Nathalia and the Lumi veil for my wedding last month and they were SO beautiful together! I came into the Columbus show room for my initial try on appointment and measurements and both experiences were so special and I was happy to be able to bring along my Mom and bridesmaids. Haley was so helpful and the made-to-order dress fit so perfectly and was so comfortable I was able to dance in it all night long! I am SO happy with my experience and gown and to be a GLL bride!

We showed up for a 10am appointment and the lady who came to the door who welcomed us had no personality and was very rude. We ended up being at the wrong bridal boutique however she never asked my name for the appointment or else we would’ve realized sooner. The customer service was very bad. At first they weren’t even going to allow us to sit in the lobby as it was raining out AND they have very little bridal dress selections.First impressions are key, it wasn’t here. Grace and lace is not the place

Erin was amazing to work with! She really listened to what I was looking for and was very efficient with our time when trying on dresses, but didn't rush me at all, when I found the one I loved the most she fixed me all up in a vail, jewelry and more and let us take all the photos we wanted. All of their gowns are absolutely beautiful, so glad we went here, was in the perfect place in short north to grab brunch after!

Maggie was visiting the Columbus store (orginally from the Nashville location) this past weekend and did a phenomenal job! We said yes to the dress!! Best material and comfiest wedding dresses. I was able to feel like myself and didn't want to take the dress off!
