The ladies at Gowntastic went above and beyond to assist my daughter in finding the perfect dress. She did not find one that day, but I highly recommend them and we will surely be banjo for future events.

My daughter bought two dresses for homecoming season. One for being on court and one for the dance. Customer service is exceptional, from friendliness, organization, help with getting in and out of dresses, as well as making suggestions.
We wish we’d have know about this boutique before her senior year because we’d definitely return and give them more of our business!

I was very disappointed in Gowntastic. We were homecoming dress shopping and visited the store Sunday at 3:45. We were advised even though they closed at 5pm they had no time for us to look around for selections. It would have been nice to at least browse to see if there was anything that may have caught our eye. Unfortunately I will not be back as the drive was a 30 minute plus drive to not have any advance notification.

Got my daughter's perfect prom dress here. The staff was so friendly and helped her try on several dresses until she found the one that was made just for her ❤️

Marissa is absolutely amazing!! I came in for a cocktail dress and she was so attentive to me and the other customers in the store. I had no idea what dress size I was or what I wanted to wear, but she was constantly helping me find new gowns to try on and helping me decide what looked good on me. I am so satisfied with my dress and the help she provided. Even though it is a far drive, I will definitely return for my next formal wear.

Amazing experience! The girls were super helpful with picking dresses and trying the dresses on all the staff was super friendly. They have great customer service! I highly recommend this store!

The girls were amazing always ready to help with what you need.they picked out so many great dresses to try on and helped zip them and made me feel amazing. they listened to what i liked and helped me from there. great experience.

Marisa has helped me out a few times and she always has to best suggestions and a huge selection of gowns. Best little dress shop in Columbus if you ask me!

Gowntastic has a wonderful selection of show stopper gowns. The owner, Melissa, was so helpful and I felt like I was shopping with a friend. I love the dress I got for my special occasion (a concerto performance) and can't wait to go back for the next.

The vibe of this store was immaculate. The system they use is extremely efficient. I have been to many dress shops, and have never had this amazing of an experience. Every dress is unique. The employees know their inventory, and they do not put any pressure to buy. Homecoming and prom shopping can be very stressful times for teenagers. This store takes away so much of that stress. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be visiting this business again.

I just wanted to rave about this cute little boutique & the experience my daughter and I just had there. We have traveled here for the last 3 years in search of a HOCO dress, making the 2-2 1/2 hour trip down from where we live. Each year we were successful in finding a dress, but this year was different…for a good reason! Not only did my daughter find a dress, but for the 1st year ever she had trouble narrowing down which dress was “it” this year. I personally believe it was because of the lovely young lady that was working that day (7/15). She was knowledgeable about the dresses, quickly figured out what style my daughter preferred, friendly & welcoming. This year was our BEST experience here & I hope she realizes that she was a big factor in it! I hope when we return for prom dress shopping that she is working. Thank you ☺️
