Was just there to exchange a shirt. Clerk was extremely helpful, knew the product, knew the inventory And I was in and out with my New Jersey in about 10 minutes

I made a special trip here just to get CBJ apparel for an upcoming game. Employee was sanding there when we walked in and didn't even say hi or ask us if we needed help, then we stood at the register for 10 minutes and he was nowhere to be found, even called the phone while standing in line, nobody to be found. Two other costumers were in there and left also.

Brought a couple retro jerseys in to be stitched with Nash for the big upcoming Retirement. That was in the beginning of December of 2021. It is now 4 days from game day March 1st and there’s not prediction of when my jerseys will be done. It was a horrible experience trying to get ahold of someone to help me deal with this issue. I understand they use a 3rd party vendor to do custom jerseys but something has to give here. They need to figure out how to compensate customers waiting 4 months for jerseys. I love this team but I’ll never directly go through the shop again.

Placed an online order, thought it was going to be shipped.I called the store to find out what happened with the order. They said it was selected for in-store pickup. Not being from Columbus or being able to make the trip. Robbie I believe was able to ship the item to my home.I was so pleased with his help that I bought a hoodie for my son. Thanks again for all your help. The staff in and around Nationwide Arena is wonderful and one of the main reasons we bought season tickets for next year.Thanks!#CBJ

Nice selection, but priced to high for me. Discounts for season ticket holders, but not for someone who buys individual game tickets.

Clean store and always have product stocked. If you need a certain size they will go above and beyond to get the right one for you. Workers are very helpful too
