This is the worst store I have ever been too , the short manager was kicking some guy out that was stealing and she was allowing someone else that dose not work there make the man get out and he has a gun in his pocket and told the guy get out before I smoke you and all she did was smiling , so me and my wife and son left the store . It was all crazy for no reason, this happened 2-5-24 at 5:45 and I'm not saying that it's ok to steal but it's definitely not right to threaten somebody's life over a bag of cookies . Not ok . please do better family dollar,

Probably the best Family Dollar on the Hilltop. Since re-opening shelves seem to be stocked and store is mostly organized. Cashier was really nice.

Prices aren't marked for products. I bought an mattress pad for 5$ and went back to get another one and they said 20$.

The issue I have with this store is that they close early and don't let people know. It's getting crazy. I understand safety but they close at 10pm and they didn't let people know so people that don't have transportation and that's really the only store to go to it kind of screws them. Please change your hours on site or Google maps and stop making people walk there for no reason. Thank you.

The store needs some major organization to happen to be honest. And it sucks for most businesses in some parts of Columbus. The theft is horrible! People just don't care and sadly, it seems the employees at half these businesses don't care either. They seem to not care what the store looks like. Products all over in the wrong place. Prices have always been high here. But with the inflation happening, seems to get worse. Not trying to be mean but I think the store needs a pick me up and a security guard at more businesses thru the city. It'll at least tell the thieves that they are being watched. My thoughts on it.

Kinda an upgraded "corner store" good for a quick around the corner run if you don't mind the prices . some things are comparable in price to other places, some things are expensive like bread, frozen foods etc.The tag on the shelves are apparently an estimated price as many things I buy ring up for more than what the tag says.They have a boom box on the floor playing music. Sometimes pretty loud.

This location is a mess , can't get to shelves, new stock blocking items. No one stocking. Floors r dirty , out of 4 of the 6 items I needed.

This store use to be awesome it was always clean the shelves stayed stocked never empty and if they was it wasn't long at all very friendly workers an as well customers I haven't been here in a long time and when I stopped by here the other day I was very shocked and I don't think I'll visit again to be honest and this is why when I walked in the store the very first thing I noticed was the EMPTY shelves that was very disturbing to me and there wasn't no truck nor was there anything in the aisles to restock the shelves so not sure what that was about and of course I couldn't find everything I really needed so I got what I could hopefully someone let's this store know about this and they do something about it
