I wish I could give zero Stars. State one night. 7:30 in the morning I went out of my room. The key would not reopen the door. There is absolutely nobody to help. Had to stand in the lobby for 90 minutes until the front desk person came in at which time my meetings had already started that I was in town for. It's ridiculous not to be able to find one hotel employee on the entire property. Will never be staying here again.

On Sunday, they placed notices under our doors telling us that the water would be shut off on Tuesday for ""a few hours". Then, on Monday, the water was shut off. When I asked the front desk why the water was shut off, they replied "Yeah, we put the wrong day on the note, sorry". They KNEW they put the wrong day, and didnt correct it by giving out NEW notes correcting their error. This is the level of professionalism and customer care.
Nice hotel overall, and friendly staff... but never trust what they say, they apparently do not care about the truth, or correcting their errors.

The staff is amazing and they treat you like family, free wifi, laundry room is a life saver, the coffee, grab and go breakfast is perfect for me especially since I work early hours. The guests are friendly as well. My experience has been great here.
Rooms: The rooms are a great size and you can't beat having a kitchenette to prepare your meals
Nearby activities: Movie theater
Safety: The location is great
Walkability: There's a movie theater and many restaurants within walking distance
Food and drinks: Plenty of restaurants in the area within walking distance.

Ms.Tae is a gift from heaven, made getting a room easy and simple and even gave tips and advice on how to get more for less. 10/10

Stayed here to go to the zoo. No complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, full mini kitchen was awesome. Had 2 adults a small child and an 8 month old in 1 room with no issues. Walked to dinner twice from the hotel!

Amra was very accommodating and kind. The room was ok, cleanliness could’ve been better but what stuck out to me was her hospitality. Thank you Amra! Customer service goes a long way!!

Upon arrival I was greeted and assisted by Tae. She offered a warm greeting with a smile which is something most ESA’s don’t offer. Tae was helpful and kind during the entire check-in process. She always greets me by name when she sees me. ESA, you should take a note here when I say Hire more people like her. The entire staff is friendly but Tae really makes the place shine.

OK place. Appears to have some minor cosmetic updates as a last ditch effort to stay viable. Worst "breakfast" I've ever had. Some pretty obvious details in the room that needs attention.

All the bed bugs reviews are sketch.. really they are just chillin and crawling around during the day? Lol not quite how they work. Almost didn’t stay because of the reviews, I’m glad I made my own decision not based on people trying to get a free room/ and or discount lol.
Only needed an affordable place to stay for one night close to relatives… it was fine! Was it the Ritz Carlton… no. Lol, it wasn’t 100% perfectly spotless but it was fine for what we needed and affordable.
The breakfast was muffins, granola bar, oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate… good enough for me for a quick snack before going out for lunch!
No bed bugs in sight & have returned home and nothing found so far ??♀️ I would return!

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Mrs. Tae and the rest of the staff were great and very helpful. They interact with us and the rest of the guest. Super nice people. I would definitely Stat there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel from June 23rd - June 25th while on a work assignment. The first thing i noticed is the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept. Second thing i noticed was hair on different places on the shower walls. I pulled the blankets back and the sheet had folds in it like someone had laid in the bed and just fixed the blanket on top. I realized on June 25th that i had an itchy, red bump on my thigh. Really didn’t think too much of it until after i checked out on the 25th. I went to work, changed into my scrubs and noticed i had 3 bumps on my neck, 3 on my left arm and another on my right arm. I’m definitely convinced i was bitten by bed bugs. I called the hotel after work, no manager was available and the employee said there was nothing she could do about it. I called again today (June 26th) the employee stated the manager was on a conference call so i gave her my name and phone number so the manager could give me a call. Still have not heard back from them. I don’t normally write reviews but when it comes to things that could affect my health or things that i could take back home to my family or even spread to people at work, that’s a pretty big deal for me. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted. I should trust that my ‘temporary home away from home’ will be clean and safe, especially when i spend my hard earned money to stay there.
