This store is “always” horribly in shambles, trashy. Numerous Isle ways full of stock laying on the floor, you can’t get your cart down the isle, shelves half stocked, items in the wrong areas, items pushed and smashed into the shelves, things laying everywhere. It is like this every time I go in the store which is not a lot. Unprofessional and not customer friendly.I’m very surprised the Health Department, AG’s Consumer Division Office and/or OSHA have not been contacted to investigate this store, it’s appearance and the liability it poses due to items laying everywhere on the floor, off the shelves creating a serious injury potential for not only customers but employees as well.

I worked as a store manger at Dollar general on Hard and Smokey row and I ran a store for almost a year with my self and one other employee and got no help or support from any one so yea I get my store was a little behind but it was making money and makeing customers happy but then there was Susan Hurt who talks nice to ur face and then want to feel like she someone big and talk down on all the other mangers and belittle them in front of people so don't ever work for this place the don't care about there managers unless u are kissing butt and bowing down to the hire ups and they don't pay there managers enough to put up with the non since and they expect the mangers to work 50 to 60 hours a week or more and only pay them for 40 hours well I was working 105 to 115 hours a week with no help at all and they expected me to make miracles happen in a store that has been messed up for years and so out of date on everything

Just pulled up at 5:15pm and again it’s closed at 5! Closing everyday at 5 sucks for customers who are just getting off work. Just close this location already! No staff store always a mess!!! The manager is nice but she can’t keep help! So corporate need to step in and raise pay or SHUT IT DOWN!

I wouldn't give even 1 star but Google made me in order to give this review. Cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE and SNATCHY! I paid for my first order just fine other than, she had a slight attitude. The second order, I put everything up on the counter and set 1 item to the side to b last so that I could see my total before ringing up the last item that I wanted and even said "this is last so I can see total 1st" and instead she SNATCHED UP the item and tried to scan it! I told her "I need it to b last" and the attitude got WORSE! I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY! I will from now on drive out of my way to go to Family Dollar instead.

Very dirty and filthy inside unorganized . Also they are not open the hours advertised on google. Apparently they close at 7pm but google says other wise. Very inconvenient.

This place was shocking. Filthy, I mean absolutely disgusting. It felt more like a salvation army. Not a single isle was neat and organized, you just had to walk the whole store and see what was available in every section because it hadn't been organized back to standard in....I'm guess months?
