Nico on nights provides such an excellent customer service at this location. Extremely friendly ready to help. I have not come back to a dollar general in such a long time but after this experience I'll just have to do more shopping here.

This is by far the worst dollar general. They're rude, never stock anything, and they close whenever they want to. The last three times I tried going to this location they literally locked the doors thirty minutes before close when they seen me walking up.

It's a shame bc the other dollar general down the street is always open and has much nicer workers. This place is newer and bigger so it gets the inventory but I'd rather go to the other store off of sheer customer service. This location is closed right now and the other store is open when hours clearly state open until 10pm on the website. I wish we could swap the employees from the locations. Then this one would be perfect store. Until then I'll put my money towards the one down the street.

Never open, and employees are not nice. There's another dollar general right down the street that looks like a bomb went off every time I go but at least the employees are friendly, and they're open during their posted hours.

It's got a real ghetto vibe. The store always seems cluttered, the workers don't seem very welcoming, they are rarely open past 5pm. Literally, worst rated DG in Columbus.

Bad customer care. Prices not listed correctly on floor and rings up over $2 higher than price tag. When addressed to employee she simply said “No”. Would not check the tag on floor or work to resolve. Simply kept repeating “no” and shaking her head. Won’t be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called the store asked how long they were going to be open I was told 10:00 p.m., showed up at the store 30 minutes later before 6:00 p.m. store was closed. Other people in the parking lot asking why you can't get in, not sure why they even opened when they are never available for business. Dollar general should stop opening new businesses when they don't even have enough employees to cover their current businesses.

I have been sitting outside with a couple other customers for a bout 20 mins. Online states that their open but there isn’t any signs I’m the window with the hours. But the inside door is half way open, several people has tried to get in but has left. Now this Hispanic lady walks up stain that she’s about to try to open a store now you’ve missed out on maybe 20 customers already do I have left. And she got an attitude. A guy in a big truck is trying to make a delivery and he can’t even get in. ?

Shelves are either empty or a disaster zone. And today I went at 6:27pm and there was a handwritten sign saying closed for the day but the hours say it closes at 10pm.
