I love the Northland store, the employees over there are amazing, friendly especially Bran, He’s so nice and welcoming you to the store.
The only problem is the home goods are not coming regularly. I like to shop for the home goods but recently am not getting any.

I love the store . The employees are very welcoming, polite and make you feel apart of the family. Brandon the manager is one of the hardest working guys . Nothing is beneath him. He greets everyone as you come through the door ,asks if you need anything and helps you find what ever you are looking for. His employees all seem to like him and respect him . Kyle and Omar also deserve credit. They always have a smile and are willing to help . Keep up the good work !!!

I’ve been going to the store for a couple of years now. I honestly use to drive further out just to avoid this specific location. The employees were extremely rude. You couldn’t find absolutely anything. It was constantly messy and everyone working was on their phone. A couple of days ago I didn’t have time to drive further out and decided to stop by this location. Feels like you’re walking into a different store. The new manager is so high spirit. He’s extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. You could also tell there’s a new team and you’re always greeted with a smile and again they all go above and beyond. Everything is organized you can see the floors. I would recommend this store five out of five. The new management changed everything honestly with the way he lifted the store up he should be more than a manager.

Today while visiting my son.i came into the DFW in Northland in Columbus Ohio from Dayton Ohio
As I entered the store I was immediately greeted and welcomed with a smile. My mission was there to find dressy black pants. Immediately I was directed to the correct section of the store.
As I browsed through the store if I had a question Lauren was eager to help me find whatever I needed with a smile and courtesy
When I was checking out Khalia was even as exceptional as Lauren. She didn’t mind price checking to verify the value priced items
If I were to rate both of them they would get an 11 not 10.
I highly recommend this store for not only “great bargains at a reduced price but more importantly for the exceptional quality of service

If you love Express and JCPenney, this is the perfect place for you! The top-end brands at this store include Madewell and White House Black Market, but otherwise the brands are about the same as those you’d see at Marshall’s. Most items are under $10 for clearance, $10-$30 normally. The store is clean and well-organized, and there’s a lot of staff (almost more than customers). Only dropping a star because I saw many clothes, mainly Express tops, that were clearly damaged. In the clearance section, every 1 in 5 tops was an Express tank or shirt that was ripped, stained, or significantly damaged in some way. It’s a shame because I saw a cute lace top but the lace had 80% ripped from the bodice. Instead of discounting, they should just remove these from inventory so that they don’t take up so much space on the racks.
