THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IVE HAD PEOPLE IN THERE SAYING THEY WATCH THEM IGNORE PHONE CALLS AS WE ARE CALLING IN FOR QUESTIONS WORST PLACE EVER !!! POT HOLES FOR DAYS TOO! THE EMPLOYEES HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDES! I hope one day the steam ship lines and chassis providers switch to a different depot.

Hit or miss on guys at check in. Sometimes they're decent. Yard is absolute garbage. It's like driving in a third world country. If you have nice equipment, take your time or try and go elsewhere.

Employees are usually great but the lot and the roads are HORRIBLE. Ive talked to several people who have damaged their trucks or trailers because of the potholes and Conglobal couldn’t care less because they don't want to take a dime out of their pockets to fix their depot. If your equipment breaks, its “on you”.You can go 2 mph and its still beating you and your equipment up. Its pathetic they dont take care of their customers and their customers equipment better.

People working the check-in were friendly but this place needs better signage to direct truckers. Especially for the first timers here. It would help things run more smoothly and will make it safer.
