For several years now Steve at Concept Wear has handled all the printing for Whetstone High School's PTA Spirit Wear... and we love his work. Quality is GREAT, prices are very reasonable, delivery always on time (even on a couple quick-turnaround jobs), and he's always been a pleasure to work with. We're very happy to support a local business who helps out his local PTA!

Steve has been nothing but awesome to deal with. Long history of supporting our local PTA, and when I was in a pinch recently, he came through with good advice, great service and a rush order to get us resupplied right in time. Highly recommend!

Really hate to write this review, because as a local small business, I wanted to support a local business. After the first time messing up, I gave Steve and Concept Wear a second chance, and that was a mistake. I bought shirts myself and took them in to Concept Wear to have screen printed. The first round the job completion time went 2 weeks over what I was told. Every time I'd have to call in a day or two after the new completion dates, and would be given a reason why they aren't done. No communication that they were running behind. Finally they were done, first round of shirts were bad because he talked me out of making the back logo too big. So they were too small. He won't do mock ups or give you any idea. Decided to give them a second chance with my next round of shirts. Same thing happened, went a week and a half over completion date I was given. (These dates of completion are already MUCH further out than other screen printers). Was told week of March 7th. So I call Friday at 4pm on the week of March 7th. Not done, they're slammed, UPS is screwing him, but will have them done Monday or Tuesday. I wait until Thursday and was going to go in to just take my shirts somewhere else. Just before I go in, I get the invoice they're done. So I pick them up, pay, and there will not be a third chance. My business is not important to this place.And the BIGGEST reason I'm writing this review... never once was "sorry" ever said. Not once! Despite being late by weeks. Giving me every excuse. No communication. Not following through.
