The front desk guy was amazing. However, the maids did not make our beds. I don't know if this is policy, or not. Also did not refill coffee or soaps.

Adequate. Property is relatively new, rooms were typical of the brand, nothing special.Had to stand at the empty front desk for 5 min waiting on staff to show up only to find out he was sitting right in the office watching something on his phone...

PLEASE READ THE 1 - 2 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING.Honestly one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed at and we've had pretty good luck with Comfort Suites, so it was surprising. I wish I would have taken pictures and complained when I arrived, but we only stayed passing through Columbus and used our reward points so I couldn't receive any form of refund if requested, so it was useless.There was what looked like curly, beard hair on the bathroom counter along with little tissue pieces or something, meaning the counter was NOT wiped off. The bottle of shampoo was used and knocked over, as if whoever cleaned it saw it wasn't used enough to replace. The base of the toilet was DISGUSTING, not cleaned. I had to wipe the seat off the toilet because something sticky was on the seat. Underneath the sink had something brown, not sweeped or cleaned. The bath towels were AWFUL, scratchy and stained. The mini fridge had crumbs on the top shelf, the easiest shelf to clean.. I've stayed in MANY hotels, and it's pretty obvious when the cleaning crew values cleanliness, this place gave off an impression of "passable" - take the trash out, change the towels. I don't even want to think about if the bed sheets or anything were changed. Compared to the Comfort Inn hotel we stayed at in Kentucky, bed definitely felt worse and didn't look as "pristine", so they probably didn't fully change the bedding (so don't fear spilling something on it, you're probably doing the next guy a favor).I wanted to add that the customer service checking in was also garbage. They were there I guess, but an automated machine would have been more hospitable.My overall recommendation would be to go somewhere else if you value cleanliness and a god experience. If you're okay with mediocre cleanliness and just care that it's not a motel, it's comparable - you'd save more money and probably see just as much under a blacklight if you chose the motel..

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe during my stay. Great customer service.

Very comfortable beds, well maintained and cleaned, with great customer service and staff very helpful.The hotel has a free shuttle they run to the airport every hour which is super helpful and was a great money saver for me.Overall likely the best hotel I've stayed at for business purposes and would recommend.Nearby activities: Several fast food locations directly nearby with lots within a 20 minute driveNoteworthy details: Has a shuttle to the airport free or charge every hour

Was supposed to stay at another hotel but something went wrong through the booking. so I went here instead they were very nice let me book and stay the same day great price and good location for nationwide arena. The room was very nice and comfortable they had a nice lobby with coffee and water. Also a general section with medicine and snacks. The breakfast was also really good. A nice pool and gym overall very great

Rooms: The room was good for the price. They allowed early check-in. The only down for us was that the bathroom lighting was too low.Nearby activities: The proximity to activities was great. Close to Easton and downtown.Walkability: You can only walk to nearby fast food restaurants. Otherwise it will require a car to get to local activities.Food & drinks: The breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausage - which was so much better than only muffins and fruit.

VERY OLD AND OUT DATED, THE COMPUTER ROOM IS MORE LIKE A COMPUTER TABLE WITH A PRINTER THAT LOOKS AS OLD AS THE HOTEL. ITS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ONLINE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE:PATHETIC LACK OF CLEANLINESS!BUGS ALL OVER THE ROOM!STAFF IS DISRESPECTFUL AND DOES NOT EVEN PRETEND TO CARE ABOUT QUALITY.DISMISSED MY CONCERNS, BLOWING ME OFF COMPLETELY ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!Went down to Columbus for a weekend vacation with the family (2 nights: March 24-25th).We were in room 417.Upon arrival our bathroom was in disgusting shape, it clearly had not been properly cleaned. We noticed bugs right away. Tried to let it go as we were only staying 2 nights but the issues started piling up so I approached the lady at the front desk to let her know and see what could be done.She blew me off completely, telling me since I didn’t raise the issue as soon as I arrived she would not do anything. I don’t know if she thought I was lying to her but that was certainly what her inaction and lack of effort to do anything or even do what any customer service professional is trained to do and apologize for the inconvenience.I asked if a manager was available that I could speak with. She smiled and said no, that he was out of town, and would be out of town for he remainder of my stay. How convenient.I was given a generic business card with an email address to complain to.My family and I continued to document the issues, especially the dozen or so ants and other bugs that were in the room.At checkout there were two men at the front desk. I did not catch their names, however they appeared to be in their 20s. I showed them the pictures of the bugs and their lack of concern or any sort of interest made it pretty obvious this was something they were already aware of but didn’t care about at all. They just smiled and said they would let the manager know.Rooms: We were in room 417.Disgusting room (especially the bathroom).Pathetic service.Disrespectful staff.

Found a lot of hair in the bed, called front desk and the front desk clerk kept asking me when I check in when he was the one who check me and and knew I been gone since check in. Told me he couldn't do anything about it.

Clean rooms, good front desk customer service and located near several fast food restaurants and 3 minutes from the airport in a vehicle.Rooms: Clean and cozy.Walkability: Close to gas stations and fast food restaurants.

This hotel is disgusting. We came in from out of town in the middle of the night in hopes that we could rest peacefully and comfortably. The entire room was fifthly. There was hair on the pillows, previous guests food in the fridge, a hairball in the sheets, stains all over the couch. It was very nasty. I looked at two other rooms after complaining and they also were dirty. It seems like hair on the pillows / sheets in the trend at this hotel. All they did to “compensate” me was a $20 refund vs. a full refund. We were only there from 3am - 10am. Book at your own risk. Photos speak for themselves. I also have videos of the couch and fridge but it will not upload.
