During a recent visit to Columbus Clay, I purchased supplies for my home studio including 100 lbs. of clay, glazes, and various tools. Steve provided me with excellent assistance, demonstrating expertise and offering guidance in my selections. The staff at Columbus Clay exhibit a strong dedication to the world of pottery, readily available to support customers with their needs. I look forward to visiting again during future trips from Virginia, with a prepared shopping list in hand.

Can’t beat working with a great, family-owned business. Called Columbus Clay about a pottery wheel on a Friday morning. Steve suggested if I happened to be running late that evening, to just give them a shout and they would be willing to hang around later (what a rarity!) Picked up my wheel right before 5, and WOW! They exemplify what great customer service should look like. Columbus Clay is an hour from me, but it will always be worth the drive. Thanks Columbus Clay and Steve! :-)

This was a great first experience at Columbus Clay. We were fully unprepared when we walked in to purchase glazes. The associates were very helpful and let us take as much time as we needed to pick out our glazes. We will definitely be returning customers.
