Filthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away. I stopped there to get gas. I asked to use the restroom, and they gave me a bathroom key. I tried to wash my hands, but there was no soap. I opened the door to notify them; the chunky, white female cashier who was working on Saturday, 8/10, around 5:00 told me the women’s room had been out of soap for over two weeks. When I asked if she had soap elsewhere, she could give me some, but she said no. What is she washing her hands with? Exactly. That’s nasty. I just started thinking about all of the people, including the cashier, who used the restroom and contaminated the items and surfaces in the store with the urine, blood, and feces on their hands. I got out of there so fast that I forgot to get gas! No, thank you!There is not enough soap and sanitizer in the world to motivate me to shop there. Just filthy!!!!

I had issues with prepaying for fuel, The employees were not very helpful and instead shrugged their shoulders in response, and their manager didn't do anything to help with the situation. Worst gas station near me

Last time I shop here, I don't care if you have what I want or convenient to where I am. Went to buy smokes, and she asked how many. I said 1 please with a hand gesture of 1 as well. She still charged me for two, said I only needed one, and she said "omg fiesty!?" Put off by her context on how she said it," Rementioned, "I only asked for one," and she declared, "No! You asked for 2?". Then after purchasing she ignored me and didn't even give me my smokes, had to ask for them.
Then, patron walked out with an arm full of stuff, making her look like a fool that she is. ***Advise shop else where*** Also addicts throwing a fit that he lost his drugs hanging out on side of the building.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER SUCKS AND THE COMPANY DOESN'T CALL YOU BACK THEY SEND THE MESSAGES TO THE MANAGER AND DON'T DO NOTHING TO FIX. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD THERE THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE EVERY-TIME AND NOT DO NOTHING TO FIX IT. MANAGER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. STORE IS ALWAYS CRAZY AND DIRTY. LACK OF MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SKILLS. I SPEND A AVERAGE OF 250 -300 A WEEK AND THE MANAGER AND THE COMPANY DOES NOTHING TO FIX SITUATIONS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED. MANAGER IS RUDE AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERRVICE.

02/01/24- I had a really nice experience today. I was trying to get assistance with a large order and I needed a box to carry everything in. I stopped Alehia the manager“who was very busy with Vendors ETC.” I stopped her at the door and asked if I could bring in my reusable bags to pack everything in, to be able to carry to the register? She not only rung up ALL of my items. She also asked me several times did I need help carrying my bags to the car?PS: They are trying to get the store in order.Thank you Alehia. For your patience and kindness.

I went into this Circle K because I'd gone to another one and it was so clean and had the best hot dogs. It was a little past 1:00pm so I thought that I could maybe get a hotdogs at this one. Not only were there no hotdogs, there was very little of anything else. It seemed to be employees who really didn't care about how the store looked and if it were stocked with anything. This is a decent area so expected better but was very disappointed.

I was in circle K, 6/18/23 around 11 am. The white girl who appears to be a manager seem to act like she is the owner of the store. She was rude in addressing customers, she saw me struggling with coffee machine and instead of helping, she told me to move over so she can clean the floor, the she went ahead addressing me like a child. Her attitude was the worse I’ve seen . Why do they let people like that work the front counter?

I have had an Easy Pay card since you first started advertising them in the area. I eagerly awaited the $.10 savings...but it wasn't to be. See their Easy Pay system seems always to be not working. At first, it wouldn't work at all, now it won't work at the pumps at all. I tried to talk to a "manager”, but she basically told me “too bad.” Really?!?!

Filed a complaint on their website over a week ago and have heard nothing back so there’s that. Employees apparently are permitted to bring their young children to work with them on Saturday nights. Same girl asked my husband if he urinated on the toilet seat when he gave her the restroom key back WHILE she was checking out an elderly woman. What an awful experience.
