The owner, Tom, was attentive from the moment I contacted him. He brought samples of everything I needed and gave really good suggestions. The employees who actually laid the carpet did a great job. They even went the extra mile by helping me move furniture back and adding the leftover base to the bottom of the display tables as they were finishing up. The office looks great.

After visiting the showroom and taking a carpet sample home, I called to setup a time for the salesman to come measure and provide an estimate. I called multiple times over a 3 hour period and finally got someone to pick up. On the scheduled day he was a no show, no call. A few days later I called him and he stated that he had lost the piece of paper that he had written my phone number and address on. We made an appointment for the very next day for him to come out to the house. Once again he was a no show, no call. I haven't heard from him since. I can't comment on the delivery time, installation process, etc., because I can't even get them to come provide an estimate.

Carpet is beautiful and well-installed. My problem is with communication. The carpet took a lot longer than expected to come to the store, which I understand can happen due to Covid, etc. But every time I called to check, I was told "I'll call the company and see what's going on and get back to you" and would never call me back. Frustrating. Especially when I was told the carpet would come in a couple weeks and it took months.

Great service and excellent installers who went above and beyond installing a luxury vinyl plank floor in two rooms. A quality job and they were very hard workers ensuring everything was just how we wanted before they finished.

I just had the best experience with Carpet King. The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting me with choosing the right carpet for the space I was carpeting. The carpet came in quickly and the installer went above and beyond to make sure my room and staircase was installed perfectly. I would highly recommend Carpet King! Can’t wait to have them carpet the rest of my upstairs soon!

Our experience was terrible. The installation took far longer than I thought it would - I'm comparing this to how long installation from another company had taken a few weeks before (they did a fantastic job but were booked out for weeks unfortunately - we should have waited). During the installation the company installers played obnoxiously loud music and talk radio (I would not have minded at all but again the installation for one room and stairs took about three hours). The new carpet has held up and looks nice but they left carpet shards to the extent that we needed to rent a shop vac to get it up. When we called and mentioned it they apologized and said that the team they sent out usually does larger projects and offered to send them to vacuum but as a single woman I didn't want to men sent back to my house who had complaints made against them..

Waited for my turn to be helped, another employee showed up, I walked up to him and was greeted with a grumpy, “what.”He suggested carpet instead of listening to what I wanted. Provided no information on the carpet such as warranty etc. When asked the price he said about $20/sy installed.Flooring is expensive. They should be more cognizant of their customer relations!
