Service shop is very slow, usually only 1 person working on cars. Low on parts so typically has to order on demand.

They could do better keeping thier customers informed. Had to sit there for most of the day getting work done on a car I bought from them. But they took care of most of the problems that day. Gotta go back, but confident they will make good on thier word.

Tried to bring my new to me purchased vehicle here and they try to charge me to look at something even though it was before 3000 miles and I have extended warranty. No thanks I'll go to my mechanic to tell me what's wrong if I'm gonna pay regardless. Supposedly if you get your oil changed here you get roadside assistance until your next oul change. I'm due for one so I'm gonna give it a try and see. Will keep updated.
