I was in need of someone to look at my old CRT TV and I believe Tim is the only guy in Ohio who still works on them he fixed mine up great! Not to many TV repairmen left I'm glad to see someone still around who will work on old electronics he even works on VCRs too. Very fast responses and got it done fast too! Thanks again!

Tim did a great job with my VCR repair. I have a high-end S-VHS JVC VCR from the '90s that I use to transfer video online. Over time, the mode switch began to slowly stop working until it wouldn't play a tape at all. Tim figured out what the problem was, gave a reasonable time frame, and even demonstrated the repair when I picked it up. Thanks, Tim!

Tim just repaired a 5 year old 65" 3D TV from Sony. Bestbuy would not because their vendors don't sell them a true Sony part. I wanted to salvage a 3D TV since these are not made anymore.Tim diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, received it and installed and tested it in 4 days, including the weekend. He'll tell you not to expect rush jobs, true, but I needed and appreciated the speed and effort because I don't live in Ohio most of the time. I am flying back after tomorrow.Tim is honest and competent. Overall he is reasonable price wise. He will sometimes be your last resource. He states the rules and recommendations clearly, so read carefully.Maybe you can find someone more diplomatic, smooth and warm, but that's not what you need most for your electronic job, and Tim works with his reality. In the end he will have your back and you know you get value. I recommend him highly. Thanks Tim, all the best!

Had an older but expensive TV with a power issue. Tim charges a reasonable "bench fee" to investigate the problem (applied to final cost). Arranged drop-off and he had it diagnosed the same day. I approved the repair and he had it complete by the next day. He provides a 90day warranty and it was great to see the TV power on.

Mr. Michael is surly a man of many crafts & skills. I had no ideal why my screen went black only after 3 years & really wanted to find out why this happened. I researched the web for reviews & local people to look @ my T.V. & found him. So happy with his service & contacting me with the steps & what was to be done to repair my set. I will send & give his info to whomever I come in contact about repairs. Tks again for what you have done for me & my family, continue your passion & stay positive.

Good quality work very much professional couldn't find another the TV repair guy that responded like he did. Gave me updates when they were available. Great business ethics. I was sitting down just watching TV and all of a sudden my screen went black, I called this guy and at first he seems a little bit out of character but once you get to know him he's a really great person and he does excellent quality work. I would recommend him anytime before I would anyone else, thank you Tim for the great work that you did on my television!! Great service and a great person!

Kept me updated with the details. Only took him a day to fix my tv once the parts he needed were ordered and delivered. He gave me a receipt before and after the job was done. Very professional, not cheap but fixed my tv faster than anyone else said it would be done. 100% recommend
