WORST place to shop. Had issues right from the delivery. Delivery people damaged our hardwood floor. Furniture is missing small parts and they have not sent us the parts yet and it's been months. We even paid extra for insurance. The salesperson pretty much doesn't care after he got the sale. Will never shop there again or recommend anyone to shop there.

The available selection of appliances was great. The gentleman who assisted us did a fantastic job of explaining features and highlighting pros and cons of each unit. Would definitely go back again if the need arises.

This was our first time visiting Big Sandy, very impressive. We were surprised at the large and varied selection of furniture. Lorie was very helpful and nice to work with. We will be back for any future furniture needs.

Benny was absolutely perfect in every way! He was helpful, never pushy. He showed me several pieces that he thought might be what I was looking for, and he was patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Ten out of 10 experience!

Brandon was helpful and patient as we made the difficult decision of which appliances to purchase for our new home. He and his colleague, Chris, presented options and information without pressure and addressed our concerns along the way. We look forward to working with Brandon and shopping at Big Sandy again!

I had never been in a Big Sandy store. My first impression was of a beautiful clean store with enticing furniture displays. I found an accessory piece I love while my friend chose some furniture. We were both treated well and my experience was great. I will recommend this location and Benny our sales associate to my friends. We both liked Benny and will work with him again.

Greg was very knowledgeable about the products I was buying. Although I thought Big Sandy’s Superstore was to beat other competitors price my salesman didn’t, I asked him about it and he said the competitor didn’t charge me for everything so I believe him but he was still higher than them after the rebate. He also told me I would get an $700.00 rebate I see it $500.00
