Don’t waste your time in visiting this branch. No people over there are responsible enough to do a basic thing. They don’t even know how to notarize a document even for a gold member.

I have never had such poor Customer Service in my entire life, if this is the quality of individual you hire as a manager (Tim) This is definitely nowhere I want to bank.
Over the past 3 days I’ve had every transaction I’ve attempted to make flagged as fraud. I’ve spent over three hours on hold Just to have the same thing happen over and over again after I was told that the problem was taken care of.
I’m unable to use my card and when I went into the New Albany location and spoke to the manager, Tim, he treated me like I was a criminal
I will be closing my account with Bank of America just as soon as they unlock my card or allow me to do anything on my account.
Regardless of what I end up doing with my account, the manager at the New Albany location should be fired as I’ve never seen worse customer service in my entire life

Horrible service. They charged my clients (who do not own computers) $5 per page and won't even stamp their own documents that they printed. My clients had to go to another bank location where they were not charged any fees and the branch stamped their documents (for a mortgage transaction).

I cannot explain the inefficiency and ineptitude that was demonstrated at this branch both by the associate and his manager. I was suppose to create a specific type of account, but instead I left with them creating two duplicate accounts of the wrong type. I was told the duplicate account would be close within 24 hours since I would be charged a monthly fee and 48 hours later low and behold it has not. I called the 1-800 customer support and they were able to do more in seconds and get the duplicate account closed. The manager especially rubbed me the wrong way in how dealt with clients. Avoid this branch at all costs. Terrible knowledge, service and customer relations. Just look at the other reviews here if you need further evidence.

The branch manager takes back tips from uber eats drivers after they deliver, I would not bank with them they will screw you over too

Joke of a company. I’m an uber eats driver and I delivered a very large excessive order to their office for the entire building and they stiffed me on the tip. I did nothing wrong and got the very large order to them within 38 minutes and drove over 10 miles and only got $4.80 total. I called to find out why the tip wasn’t received and was told it was a common issue because they had to submit a form for the tip to go through and it would show up but it never did. Stiffed me for $25 bucks I could only imagine how they do their actual customers.

This place is a joke. We went to have an insurance check endorsed. Unfortunately, since I went on a Saturday, Bank of America cannot conduct business.I was told to return Monday and no appointment necessary - they will take care of me. Upon arriving, the employee said no one here can help because they have no time available and they all have special skill sets - endorsing a check not being one of them.We would communicate this frustration directly with the bank, but they do not answer their phones at the locations. Not a great first or second impression for a new branch. Best of luck!

After I booked my appointment with this location, I was going through the reviews and being skeptical about if my visit is going to be any problematic or do I have to go visit some other branch for my needs. But guess what everything is as pleasant as the banker greets, asks you to wait in the lounge, looks if any teller is available for you to assist and looks up for your appointment and follow ups if there is anything more than the original appointment made for the day to assist. Overall the experience was great.

I walked into this location of Bank of America this morning in an attempt to open an account and to deposit a large sum of money. I was met by two males and when I said I wanted to open an account, I was asked what day was good for me. Since I was standing in the bank, I told them that today was best for me and I was told that no one would see me today unless I had an appointment. When I asked about other locations I was told that I could call around and try to find an open appointment. They did nothing to help me, so I left. I made multiple attempts at contacting the Bank of America home office by phone but of course not having an account did nothing but create more frustration and and dead ends. I found another branch online and spoke with a very kind branch manager and I sent an email to the person in charge of customer relations at the home office. This is by far the WORST customer experience I have ever encountered in any bank in my life! Out of frustration, I ended up going to a bank down the street, where I was greeted and treated as if I was a valued customer. DO NOT go to this bank branch unless you have an appointment that suites THEIR needs.

The staff is friendly and tried to be helpful with a problem with our online Merrill login. When I got home I discovered the problem was not solved. I tried calling back to the center but no one answers and no option to leave a message. I tried several emails to the "relationship bankers" but no response. I give 4 stars for friendliness and effort, and 0 stars for communication and follow up. As a result we are closing our Merrill account, and scaling down our BofA checking account.
