I love Anthropologie - the style, clothing, home decor, etc. However, as a plus size woman in 2024 it's discouraging to not see inclusive sizing in store. I appreciate the online options, though I don't see the equality in stores. Makes for my in-person experience less than enjoyable.

This store is as you’d expect for an Anthro in a nice mall. The store was well-organized, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the fitting rooms were clean and spacious.I happened to be be shopping after the holidays during their sale and window turnover time but the store was still in good shape and easy to shop!As always, the prices are a bit higher for women’s clothing but I find their kitchen items and gifts to have good value. Finding sale jewelry is always a bonus!I had to do a return from an online purchase which was hassle-free.

Obviously those who shop Anthropologie know they have beautiful clothing and accessories. My poor review is solely due to the very disappointing customer service I received from the Easton Oh store’s manager and wherever my order was shipped from. I had a return and was upset about it and she couldn’t have been more rude about it. I have owned my own business and worked in customer service. I was unacceptable. Also, my return was due to the fact that when I received my order that I purchased online it came rolled up in a used bag. I can’t even make this up…what in the world is going on???

Have shopped here for years and due to one sarcastic sales rep I will never be back. You’d assume with a virtually empty store the manager would have time to properly train on acceptable customer service but clearly that’s not the case.

This store is a TRUE experience, went in to buy Volcano candles for a secret Santa event, the ladies in there were kind and very helpful

I placed an online order a week ago, got the email my product was ready for pickup and gave me a 24 hour window to pick it up in, with the option to call and have it put away for longer. I went 15 hours after receiving the email, somehow my order doesn't exist, they can't find it anywhere and told me I could order it online to ship in my house, but it would take 2 weeks. They had poor customer service and offered me no help or explanation. I've worked customer service and was disgusted by their team.

It was okay. Staff does not acknowledge you when you are shopping but the store does offer some interesting clothing choices. Materials are soft and pleasant and styles are pleasing to the eye. Great place for candles and other gifts.
