Casual Carpets bound a carpet into a large area rug for us. Professional, friendly and excellent service. Would definitely use again in the future.

Decided not to go with them!! Everything was separate, padding, instalation, stairs, just terrible. Home dept is much better, carpet is same quality but everything was included!! Also refused to give me the dimensions we had paid for, ridiculous!!

The woman who showed me samples was nice and helpful. Happy with the price and quality of the carpet. Installers were ok. Maybe took a couple of shortcuts that we didn't realize until later. Husband has to fix one spot. Gave check for the balance to installer as instructed on the signed contract. Installer claimed later that I did not give him a check. Husband and I watched him put it in his wallet! Got multiple phone calls from store asking about getting paid. Had to stop payment on the first check ($39 bank fee) and write a new check. Not happy about that. Also, had to go online and download information from manufacturer about carpet warranty because none was given to us and told that was what I would need to do.
