They refused to do an alignment because I had after market parts on my front end. Firestone is cheaper anyway.

Answered phone without stating where I was calling. Impatient and curt. When explained “why” I needed a specific service was informed that they didn’t work on cars serviced by others. Glad I called first. Do not recommend.

Took my Subaru to Warner Wheel for a basic service. I also asked them to check my brakes as they felt mushy. The mechanic performed the services asked for but also showed me the issue with the brakes. I obviously needed a complete brake job. The price quoted was very reasonable and now I feel I have a new car again ! ! I would definitely recommend Warner Wheel. I love the straight forward, no BS talk that you can trust. Thanks again.

same location.....57yrs. we had to stop performing alignments on vehicles that other shops or backyards mechanics had replaced suspension parts 6 plus years ago due to liability. your vehicle should be aligned immediately after suspension parts are replaced by the technician/shop doing the repairs....it is there responsibility,they took your money. some folks cannot figure that out!
