Store hours are clearly listed online and on the front door as 11am-5pm on Sundays. I arrived yesterday at 11 and waited for 15 minutes. The store was closed with no one to be seen inside. Don’t waste your customers’ time.

The two ladies at this store were absolutely fantastic. Can't say enough about them. After struggling with Verizon on line for an hour and a half... they made everything happen in 20 minutes. Wonderful ?

Don't waste your time coming to this store. I went in November 23' to do a trade in with my old phone. The store said they would handle the trade in and send back. This was never done and months later, I still haven't received my promotional credits from the trade in. I have brought this to the store manager's attention a number of times and he simply doesn't return my phone calls or provide an update. They don't possess any customer service at this store nor do they give you time of day. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Beware operating hours on Google may not be accurate.Hours dont seem to be aligning as advertised. Definitely not open at 11am on Sundays.

I had to go to a Verizon store to get a SIM card replacement. When I went into this one, I told the guy who said he was the store manager what the issue was and that I needed a SIM card replacement. Despite telling him this, he told me he wasn’t sure why this was happening, and had me go through basic troubleshooting steps. Instead of helping me with this simple issue, they erased my network settings without telling me what they were doing, so now I have to reacquire all the wifi passwords I use. Then after all this he refused to replace my SIM card, and instead made a suggestion that wouldn’t have worked for my situation.I don’t know if he was being stubborn or if he actually thought he was unable to help me, but at least he wasn’t out right rude to me, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. I went to the Verizon Store in Fairview park afterward, and they got me in and out in just a few minutes with a replaced SIM card. I highly recommend that anyone who needs to go to Verizon go to that store instead, even if it’s a little out of the way. They seem more professional and knowledgeable, and the person who helped me was actually able to resolve my issue.

The Store is CLOSED! Multiple notices were taped on the front door. It looks like it closed sometime in the beginning of November based on the dates of the notices on the door. Google is still listing it open.

Store closed? Went to this store 11/18 at 12pm during regular business hours and it was closed looks like it had not been open for over a week as there were numerous missed delivery tags from UPS, FedEx, etc. from several days covering the doors

I left T-Mobile to come to Verizon because so many people told me they have the best service! I’m here to tell you it’s not better, it’s actually worse. The customer service agents barley speak English and can’t understand you. When I asked to please put me on the line with an American so we can understand each other and resolve the issue they told me they can’t. Keep that in mind, don’t over pay for LESS service.

For what it's worth, I've never given a business a 1-star rating.I was told by Shon (who apparently no longer works there) that I could add an iphone to my plan for $350 and have the same montly usage rate as all my other phones. When I got my bill the cost of phone was $200 higher and my monthly usage was $5 higher than quoted. I returned to the store and watched Shon fumble around for 30 minutes before telling me that his manager would have to call me back. I never got that call, they refused to discuss the situation over the phone and I had to go back to the store to be told that I'd have to deal with corporate, as they couldn't do anything for me at the store.I spoke to and emailed with corporate for over a week about the situation before being told that they couldn't do anything about it because Shon no longer worked there (probably fired for incompetence) and I couldn't give them any documentation supporting my claim.... which is insane since I never got an email confirmation of a receipt like I was promised by Shon.... just a higher bill the next month from Verizon. My advice... BUY YOUR PHONE ELSEWHERE

The manager Kate is just such a sweetheart. She helped me get a new phone for a great deal. She updated my plan and removed some unnecessary stuff from my account too, so now I'm paying less than I was before AND I have a new phone. So knowledgeable and eager to help. Could not recommend this store more. Thank you Kate!!!
