I wish yall carriers would put the correct mail in the correct slots. Whoever deliver the mail on ruple Street I will report you if you put my mail in someone else box and pit someone else mail in my box. My box has my specific name and unit number on there STOP PLACING OTHER MAIL IN MY MAIL BOX

I never had a problem with getting my packages in the past but just recently had my package stolen by my carrier Ray Taylor was helpful but they need a new system for reinsurance of delivery. I hope she(the carrier is happy) she stole from my grandmother it was her birthday gift.

I get notifications about mail coming and never receive any of my mail. I've put in numerous of complaints and nothing is being done which is causing me to take losses and miss deadlines. Smh

I have a sign under my Mail slot for bigger items to be put on that same side in the corner. The carrier on today (12-2-21) decided to put it on the otherside. Also, I wish someone could tell carrier's to not make my grass a shortcut!!!!!!!

There is a mail carrier that has the appearance of a male but it’s a female. Parks the post office delivery truck in front of my driveway on the wrong side of the street where there is NO Parking. I had a prenatal visit to leave out for so I politely asked if she could move the truck so I could get out of my driveway and she has an attitude and make a rude gesture. Then when I’m sitting on the porch conversing with company on a different day. I said thank you when she delivered my mail and ignored me, no your welcome and went across the grass And proceeded to deliver the neighbor mail. The employees always on sale phones and the males seem to deliver to the wrong address often. The employees need to be trained properly, they need to n held at a professional standard, watched and evaluated. This is ridiculous our area already have a bad reputation and city workers to go along with it?

My gift card was stolen by the carrier. I received all but this piece. Clearly a thief is on this route. I have delivery notification with pictures and only one piece was missing.

Packages supposedly delivered, no notice only email stating it was delivered. The mailroom cannot be accessed by residents. Know one has clear ideal when his is coming So my packaged sits in room ,or gets stolen but I don't have them. Don't try to call that's a joke.

MY MAIL CARRIER SAID HIS NAME WAS TYRONE AND HE WAS ON HIS PHONE TELLING SOMEONE TO HOLD ON.
