Replaced my broken screen with a screen that was not sealed down. My entire phone is broke now & they have no accountability or management. Terrible service & asked me to pay more money to fix even the screen they never sealed.

Terrible customer service they advertise on social media a price when you get there they lie and change the price took my son phone to get the screen fixed and he said come back in a hour I leave and come back now all off sudden the battery needs replaced too this place is a scam and I also witnessed him being very rude to an elderly man calling him basically broke DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I took my son’s phone to this place to get a new battery and the back glass fixed on his IPhone yesterday. We dropped it off about 11am and was told it would take about 3 hours. We go back up there at 4pm and was told it’s still not ready to come back in 45 minutes. We get back up there at 5:15, get the phone and leave. 2 hours later the phone blew up!I take it back up there this morning and they tell me a technician needs to look at it and says it was the charger and all they can do is give me a $75 store credit as if I would EVER purchase anything from them again!They also took the battery out that they replaced when I went back up to get the phone back. If the battery was not the cause of the issue then why wouldn’t you leave it in there? Seems shady to me.

After seeing their advertisements for a service they say they don’t provided anymore I left away very upset and disappointed for the long drive. Why not update your social media or stop advertising it all together. Very let down
