I came to get a few cases of water. The selection was pretty well depleted, but not to the point that i walked out empty handed. I got in line for self check out because the clerk lines all had a few people deep waiting. As soon as i got in line, a super nice young woman asked me if i wanted her to check me out. I took her up on the offer and i was on my way through the exit in less than a minute. That woman made my experience worth coming back. I wish i got her name to let management know about my experience. I'm a sucker for great customer service and they had it at this store.

I actually stopped in at Target on in the Steel Yard Commons the other day and I liked it but I didn't Love it! Two different employees stopped what they were doing and literally went out of their way to help me. This alone really not only impressed me but made me happy. The reason why I didn't give Target the (5) stars is because of their cat litter prices and their battery prices. I was on a strict budget that day knowing exactly what I could afford for car litter and batteries. I assumed Target had a much cheaper bag of cat litter compared to a name brand for example and unfortunately all they had for me to choose from in a generic brand was almost $10.00 dollars. Again, this may not seem like a lot of money but to me, that day it was. I thought to myself, I can go to Walmart and buy a generic bag of cat litter for close to $5.00 dollars because I've been there and done that. When I went to Check out their batteries, Again there generic batteries so to speak were over $9.0O dollars for the cheapest pack. I thought to myself,I can make a stop on the way back home at my local family dollar and the rest is history my friends........ I do understand that you get what you pay for, However, when you are on a fixed income/budget for example, Your choices you make will be limited. With this economy and inflation, I am trying very hard to shop more generic these days whether I like it or not. I hope Everybody understands me. I mean well and that's it in a nut shell... If an owner or an executive ever reads this review, I will say I do like your store and I will ask you to track me down somehow on the west side of Cleveland and Bless me with a Target Gift card and I would Love to go back to your store and pick up the name brands of both your car litter and your batteries. I hope you don't choke while your reading this but to me, It sounded good, lol.. Thank you and Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a mystery and Today is a Gift! (Thank You)

I have a Love-Love-Slightly dislike relationship here. The staff and I are on a first name basis. They always give my daughter stickers or free gifts when we're checking out. Their fun attitudes make it feel like more than a store and more than a Shopping experience. It's so relaxing. My only slight gripe is that It's sooooo easy to go over budget. They have so many cool things, useful things, needful things, at decent prices and discounts galore, that It's easy to blast right through my budget, happily ?Lastly, I really like the staff. They've got Interesting lives outside of Targét and such magnetic personalities that It's sad to see em move on, eventually. Though people on an upward trajectory do just that. Conclusion: This Targét is amazing. Enjoy.

Nice and clean but they don’t have that big of a selection as far as groceries go not like Walmart but not having to deal with all the riff raff makes up for it

Went here for a few items 10.9.23... A lot of staff in the store moving things around. Most of them were friendly. Only self-serve checkouts were open. What was bugging me was there was probably 6-8 employees watching over 5 self-serve checkouts. Why don't you just check the customers out instead of standing there watching like a hawk?? It fealt like a prisoner training day. I will leave my cart and walk out next time I get that feeling. They hate that...oh yea... so one item had a security tag which beeped at the doorway as we were leaving the store. So another employee who was being overly-friendly had to ask me to come back so he could remove the tag. Target sure knows how to waste time.

I think I said this before, the male associates are cool but some of the female associates are nasty. Mostly in grocery. Target in the hood for sure but a lot of prejudiced shoppers come here to judge ?

Great ordering/pickup system. I was out of town, forgot an SD card and was able to purchase and pickup on my way to the shoot. Worked out fantastic!

Better than other steelyard stores, employees are happy to help you instead of grabbing the next person and when the line builds up they get it sorted out. Targets better than walmart.

Customer is main priority to target and it’s third party team members as well so it’s would be rare to even hear a customer having a bad experience now behind close door it’s a different story but you the customer don’t have to worry about anything you can drink some Starbucks or eat something at the little Pizza Hut and shop without a worry their trash can under every scanner to get rid of your trash nice team members to help you with anything you need

This target is decent. It's your run-of-the-mill target. I can however, attract some characters. Take that for what ever you want it to mean.

I recently had left ankle tendon reconstructive surgery and I’m on crutches until May 12. I got paid from my job today and I had to get groceries for my apartment. They had a fully charged scooter for me and I was able to shop like I normally do.
