Every time I go in there the pumps or some of the pumps won’t take a credit card so I want you to walk in and pay well you can’t fill it up unless you wanna come back in and wait in line again for people that buy lottery tickets and beer All I buy is Shell gas. I won’t be going here anymore and I would suggest everybody else not go there because you’re paying so much for gas. Those pumps should pump themselves practically and have them not work. Most of the time is ridiculous go somewhere else there are plenty other gas stations to go to……..I stopped in because it was on way home find out now if you pay at pump they CHARGE MORE THEN YOU PUMP I bought 50.01$ and they CHARGED ME 60.00$ …..went into get my 9.99$ back and they wouldn’t give it to me said they would put it back on my card in a day ……unbelievable…….just think if they hold a million people’s money for a day or so HOW MUCH MORE MONEY DID THEY MAKE….DONT GO THERE ……still waiting for my money …

30 cent extra per gallon of gas when using debit or credit cards so you pay them over $4 to fill your tank up. Is that not too much to pay someone to let you spend y I ur money with them

I came here to use my loyalty points from T-Mobile. It asked me if I wanted to use my 15c off but then said loyalty account declined. I needed to use my loyalty points because they expire soon but nooooo your system decided not to work ?.

You need to fire the meth heads that close the store at night. Stop posting your hours 24 hours. You can't keep doing this either corporate and the news will be on it next. Your junkie workers can't stand around for extra money at night? Hire some adults or sell your garbage smelly spot. You owe the city money for all the wasted trips I bet you don't close in the day time

i left my phone on top of pump 9 and realized it once i was about 10 minutes away. We called the store to have them go see if it was still up there and to grab it if it was and once we got there 7 minutes later there was a dump truck that pulled up and took the money out the back and left the phone. its not hard to go check if a phone is on top of a pump.

Always closed for "5" minutes but don't come back for almost an hour. People outside knocking on the door and no one is there. This happens all the time on brookpark Rd and west 130th street. They need new second shift help, this person closes the doors when he's tired ?

I live on block away from this place...The ladies are super nice but not the miserable p.o.s young fat dude from night with a poor attitude... hope no one has to deal with attitude anymore...
