This store is wonderful. You find all kinds of décor, beautiful furniture - all different styles! I have found wonderful treasures over the years. And the jewelry...high quality and low prices. You cant beat the choices, quality and pricing of the stock.

I have been going to refurnishings for at least 30 years
My homes are and have been basically furnished by them
Marie and dale are incredible they have taken many things i switch out
Extremely helpful when emptying family home of 50 years
Very empathetic and sympathetic
I wish I had room for more
Definitely one of my favorite places
Prices are incredible for wonderful pieces

Refurnishings has it all! Beautiful furniture, either traditional or contemporary, great jewelry, and such a helpful staff! I can't believe a store like this exists. Very eclectic and the deals are incredible!

We Came to the store after calling . Totally ignored by 3 salespeople . I was only acknowledged when I sat down at a bar as the 2 stood behind the bar. Only 1 customer was in the store . They were Unfriendly,unprofessional, rude,racist.I called b4 I came and talked to Marie. When I told the I was being ignored and that I had talked to 15 minutes ago .Marie’s Reply was most days we are friendly I promise. So on this day that I am in the store people own and or run this store are not friendly because I am in the store to my something. Pure RacismAvoid this store . Prejudice unfriendly and unhelpful . I was Furniture sale manger for Higbee Company and May and Macy for 40 years. I recommend a Boycott on this place .I am Black and my fiancé is of mixed dissent..

Refurnishings has great finds. I have boutiques inside our venue and this is a great place to get the items I need, furniture, jewelry, etc .., to keep my place looking inviting and cozy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is definitely a best kept secret.

I love this store! With items ranging from quirky to elegant, there's something here for everyone. Staff are welcoming and give you the time and space to shop the eclectic inventory, all while listening to fantastic curated music. The jewelry counter is always filled with gorgeous pieces at incredibly reasonable prices. Refurnishings is the only place I buy jewelry anymore.I believe an indicator of quality is customer longevity and loyalty. Every time I'm at Refurnishings, I meet other customers who have shopped there for years and referred their friends and family to this great shop.Run, don't walk, to this store. You won't regret it.

I have shopped here for years, and every trip offers a different positive experience. Staff are friendly and have jumped my car for me several times. The lady who runs the jewelry counter is very nice, and there is a man who looks like George Clooney who always does a great job making my items fit in my vehicle.It's a great place for Christmas shopping...due to the variety I am able to find things for most of my family members. They have everything from glassware, to jewelry, to fashion accessories. I was even able to get some vintage photographs for a cousin who makes collages of strangers' family portraits. There was even a time that I got two lamps for the price of one.

I highly recommend Refurnishings! I've been a customer for years and have bought many unique items for my home and as gifts. The selection is always high quality and ever changing. And I've always been treated with the utmost courtesy and care by the owners and their entire staff.

I’m not sure who I spoke with on the phone...the man barely let me speak. He was rude and had a hostile attitude over the phone. I just had a few questions and tried to schedule a time, but he kept speaking over me and basically said my only option was to meet today or not at all... Couldn’t get his name because I was hung up on mid conversation lol I was willing to work with him if he would have just taken the time to answer my questions but after this I’m not interested in this place at all. Hopefully they have other employees working there that show better customer service.

I've never been to your place of business but was planning to go. In reading the customer experiences, not once did you acknowledge the reviews from the customers who felt uncomfortable with your customer service practices. That's very bothersome to me and sounds as though their experience was real and their feelings justified. An apology can go a long way. Not sure if I'm willing to shop at your lovely store.

Only own jewelry from Refurnishings- all sterling silver and high quality. The owner keeps up with every fashion season so all the jewelry matches for every year event. Costume as well as expensive prom/wedding/special event pieces I have bought from here!!

Was in the store and the whole time wasn't approached or spoken to THE ENTIRE TIME. In total, I was in there at least 10mins. "Other" customers were in there 1 came in before and 1 after me, and they were both helped, approached and spoken to.
I really liked the items in the store that were going to be bought to furnish my home. But, because your worker couldn't do a BASIC TASK as to speaking to customers that come in your store, you lost a very good sale! Will never shop here and will tell people not to do so, so they're not discriminated.
