I have visited this PNC branch 3 times in the last week for my father and some paperwork. Excellent customer service each and every time. Not just once but from 3 different bankers. Above and beyond, caring and professional doesn't begin to describe the exceptional level of treatment we have received. Highly recommend. Bravo PNC bank.

15 people waiting in line but only 1 teller. I’ve had several experiences where I’ve had to wait in line a long time. This bank will upset ? you. I hate to leave this review because Nasour and their other employees are genuine but I never agreed to spend my afternoons waiting in there lobby

I called a day before to get foreign currency. Incompetent employee picked up the phone and told me to go there next day to pick it up. When i went there next day, I was told I will have to order it and it will get there in a few days. However the incompetent employee did not tell me that the day before. I could have managed it elsewhere. Disappointed.

Their ATM took my bank card and cash deposit and the ATM did not process the transaction. I did not receive my card or money back. I have been getting the run around for almost 2 hours and counting!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

04/12/2022 around 11:45am again at 11:52am.My husband was confused about PNCs ovwrdraft/overdraft protection he just opted into over the weekend. He called this branch today an alleged assistant manager claiming the namr Eddy".My husband gets confused with mew things especially being new to PNC banks so naturally he was asking questions. I've had PNC since post grad school amd iv never had someone as unprofessional as this "assistant manager)"! He was so upset he just hung up on my husband while he was mid sentence. He was also being discriminatory towards the fact my husband mentioned he was going to buy diapers but wanted to see how the overdraft protection would work if he did need it..Eddy proceeded to tell how overdraft isn't for when you don't have money and can't afford things. That's not how it works...this was also after Eddy explained PNC doesn't have OVERDRAFT. Eddy was rude and I have submitted this to PNCs Corp. I have a colleague who's actually working at one of the locations oday too. How sad that people would treat a customer and member of this bank poorly for no reason. Eddys getting paid to answer the phone.. IT'S HIS JOB. God handles vengeance..not anyone else.just had to review this. It's disgusting. If anyone goes in to this PNCs location at this time of day -- steer clear of Eddy... (If that's his name lol). Hes miserable with his own issues. Leave it at home, friend.

Horrible experience for my elderly grandmother. The one day i was unable to take my grandmother to the bank she had to experience horrible customer service from bank tellers who seemed like they didn’t want to be there. After she waited in the line for about 45 minutes she was told she cannot cash her social security check because she does not have a savings account. She had this bank for years , instead of turning her away offer to open up a savings account for her. This type of service is ridiculous , i don’t know if they were understaffed or what but it seems like they were using covid as the excuse for their service! The customer service is unacceptable at times. Treat each customer as they should be treated especially elderly customers who only come in there for one reason . To get their money and get out like everyone else , no one wants to experience the bad attitudes of a bank teller because they experienced a bad day at work ……

I do not bank with PNC but my Father did, so I was at this location twice , the day my Dad put me on his back acc and the day I closed them after he passed away... I walked into this location on a busy Saturday and told them what I needed to do, the bankers were so KIND walked me through all the steps and sat with me for a moment , all offered their sympathies, and it was not fake.... Thank you for helping me On that rough day....

One of the worst attitudes for a bank. Told me that I needed to have courtesy for their employees when they were not willing to do their fiduciary responsibility by taking care of their customers. One of the worst banks I’ve ever been in.
