If I could give this shop no STARS that’s what they would get. Horrible experience with this body shop. Do not go there. They changed their estimate on me when they called me to pick up my car. It went from roughly $3900 to $4700 hundred. Told them no way, they called me back and got the estimate down to $4250…. Still costs me almost $300 in addition to my deductible. Melissa told me if I didn’t pay the extra she’d put the bad parts back on my car. Great customer service (right???). Well I’ve called Lexus and lodged a formal complaint about this.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The team at Metro was very nice and helpful. I came in without an appointment to see if they could touch up some scratches on my Toyota 4Runner. After taking a look, there was concern that the scratches were too deep to fully repair. After about a half hour, they were all done working on it and it looked brand new! Not only did they fix the issue, they did it at no cost! I can't appreciate their help enough and will absolutely be back for any future needs.

My mom took her Toyota Corolla in because her bumper was sticking out. The repair shop fixed it in place and didn’t charge her anything. She was so pleased with the great service.

I need my car looked at and was told to come to Metro by the Toyota dealer. I am a woman that knows nothing about cars. They were so kind and helped me so quickly. Tracy was amazing and on the ball. I was in and out and so happy with the outcome.
I know my husband has been to them quite a bite over the years and he only has great things to say as well. Thank you!

I took my Rav4 SUV that was struck by a deer. The driver door was indented, as well as everything up to the front fender.Derek C.handled my vehicle, and did a fantastic job at it. To begin with, he was very communicative throughout the repair process; letting me know of any pricing and part changes. He also went above and beyond to make sure that we paid as little as possible in out-of-pocket expenses. I really appreciated this gesture, specially since I expected price differences between what the insurance would cover, and what was installed/ordered. I also appreciate that the vehicle was repaired in ~ 2 weeks time, this was incredibly fast and had very little downtime without a vehicle. I am definitely satisfied and would recommend Metro Accident Repair Center to anyone I know and needs the service.

Staff was very friendly and kept me informed via text messaged on what they were doing. They also provide a portal so you can see your car in proccess. Its pretty detailed. I had one small issue I wanted them to fix and they offered me to come in at anytime I'm available and they'll fix my issue on the spot.

This team is impeccable and their customer service is brilliant! Derek was a HUGE help and he was very friendly when he called me. He constantly kept me in the loop at every turn, very professional. Tracey and Robert were both very friendly and supportive any time I called in with a question. Thank you so much Metro team! I am very happy that I brought my car to you all again, another amazing experience.
