Very misled by the intake specialist for my CPAP machine. After the specialist took my insurance information and thoroughly looked at it, they guaranteed me I would only be paying out of pocket $30 a month. This month I was charged $200 with no explanation other than I’m sorry our specialist should have never said that. I returned my machine and will be done with ever doing business with a company that won’t take responsibility for their own wrong doing. What a poor business model. Shame on this company for taking advantage of those trying to help their sleep issues

My experience with this company is horrid. As a patient they wanted me to drive 3 plus hours for a mask fitting. Acted like this was the only way. I drive a truck regional, out 5 to 6 days. This appointment was a day I work so I could possibly miss 1 or more days of work for a mask fitting, be cheaper for me to use another company.

Sent me an invoice for supplies 3 months after I received them, then would not let me return them because of 30 day return policy. A collection of thieves here. No one was friendly. I would never recommend this company.

This company fails to take special requests for shipment methods and goes for the cheapest, economical option. My line of work keeps me out of town for various days, and I have to mark my orders on when I have days off, along with the pestering of this company via unwanted text messages, emails, and phone calls reminding me to place my order.
Twice now my CPAP supplies have been stolen from my front door because this company has used UPS SurePost to ship my order while I’m out working. UPS SurePost has NO OPTION to hold at a location, requires NO SIGNATURE and DOES NOT QUALIFY for claims if the package is stolen.
This company fails to respond to any inquiries, and it’s such a shame Ohio Health’s Home Medical Equipment division was bought out by this conglomerate. Stolen packages and a lack of complaint resolutions is also the reason why I have to pay out-of-pocket at CPAP Central in Columbus for the supplies I actually need.

I have found the staff at the Medical Service Service Company to be prompt, listening to my problem and not telling me "I am wrong" as has happened to me. In my last inquiry, I could not generated a report on my sleep using a mask. The representative asked me to do several steps which I did and then came back with a solution - I needed a new sim card - my explanation. The card was sent at no cost and arrived quickly.' Wow, customer service as I fondly remembered it in "the good old days>" I am 77.

ZERO star and they don’t even deserve that!
This company took 6 months to get a portable oxygen tank for my mother. Her doctor and I called once a day and sent fax after fax and finally today we got it! the order was sent in back in December! They so much as lied, and said they didn’t talk to either one of us and we was on 3 way with them!! So they delivered the portable oxygen tank today ( finally) but when we got it the guy just came In and said here is this, this, and this! And left!!! I looked at the machine and it gross! it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned! So if it is this dirty, did you even service it before you dropped it off? It looks like you picked it up from someone who didn’t need it and dropped it off here. I get it’s not brand new !!! Cool with me just freaking clean your stuff be professional!!

I do not recommend these folks. You can't get information from their billing office easily and logging into their payment system is difficult. I even reached out to an executive by mail and they did not even reach out to me about my concerns. Don't waste your time!

They bought the local company I was working with, and apparently they don't care at all about the service outside of Cleveland. I'm in Columbus and they have totally missed 2 days when they were supposed to deliver equipment. I am still waiting.

There crooked they send supplies and charge your account without your permission and then try and tell you its needed then they tell you 11 payments once a month not true they take it twice a month then when you call they say you haven't met your deductible please stay far away from this company unless you're rich.

Poor communication....we thought the c-pap machine would be delivered and then we would make a training appointment.....no....you make an appointment and THEN they will 'ship'. The soonest available appointment was 2 weeks away....I requested to be notified if there were any cancellations we would appreciate it. I was called today about an appointment opening in 2 days....but they cannot ship the equipment! an hour later, I received an automated call from MSC Sleep....and then was put on hold for 40 minutes and the girl that finally answered had no idea about why I was called! How come I can get a package from AMAZON in 24 hours....and they cannot ship their machines out in a timely manner! Very poor communication, very poor service, very poor shipping policies....good luck....We're new to this c-pap business and I don't have a good feeling about this company.

This company is terrible. Not only do they charge outrageous amounts of money for the simplest thing, the people handling their billing are complete idiots. Request a different company from your doctor. Months of problems and phone calls, and just got a double invoice AGAIN. But don't worry, they'll harass you constantly when they want you to order more supplies.
