Lego and I couldn't be more grateful to Lorenzo and his team! Victor has been so patient and willing to help us. I think training Lego was easier then training me!? Victor saw that we were struggling a bit, so he had Lorenzo observe. I had more to learn and they were willing to teach me! They are coming to our house today to help me at home. This has been a process. Owning a super hyper bulldog puppy is alot! At one point I was sure I made a mistake and wasn't going to be able to make this work. Thank God I called Lorenzos!!! I was doing EVERYTHING wrong. I am now learning how to give Lego the best life possible! Thanks again guys!!! We will be forever grateful!

A big thank you to Eric Beck at Lorenzo’s dog training! We recently welcomed our first puppy (Maverick) into our busy family of 8. It was important to us to establish good habits from the beginning and Eric patiently taught us how to handle Maverick and establish a solid foundation. He even took Maverick for a long weekend when we needed a little extra support solidifying some of the commands - this was a big turning point in our success!
After 8 sessions and our weekly practice we now feel confident in our ability to influence Maverick’s behavior. He lays in his spot while we eat dinner and remains down and calm amidst the chaos of our house and constant flow of kids and visitors. He also walks beautifully and has excellent car and kennel manners. Our whole family enjoys our loving, obedient, calm puppy.
Logistically, Eric was a pleasure to work with. It was easy to find a mutually agreed upon time and place for our sessions. Eric was always prompt and professional. We so appreciated the communication, photos and updates he provided while our dog stayed with him! His love of dogs and passion for training is obvious and he was an excellent instructor for us and Maverick! We highly recommend him for all your dog training needs!

Bruce did a wonderful job with our dog. We were having a lot of trouble with him jumping up, chasing kids and dogs, pulling on the leash and fussing in his crate. Bruce has taught him and my Mother in law how to communicate, how Sherrie is the leader not her dog and has helped them both to attain the skills needed to have a very happy home. Her Rusty now sits on his spot nicely even with the grandkids running around, he is happy in his crate and walk patiently with her beside her wheel chair. He even helps her get items she has a hard time reaching and happily sits on her lap when he is invited to do so. Bruce was a God sent!!

Bruce did a fabulous job with our dog Rusty. Rusty had a very high energy level he was jumping up, charging doors and wouldn’t leave other dogs alone. Though he knew his commands he was very unreliable to listen or maintain. After Bruce’s training Rusty is amazing at staying on his spot no matter what is happening in the environment around him. He walks like a champ beside a wheelchair or a normal walk. He retrieves things when dropped and all in all is a whole new dog that we can thoroughly enjoy. Thank you Bruce for all of your help and patients!

Lorenzo's, specifically Bruce Maldonado, was recommended to us by our vet to help us with our two unruly rescues.
We had tried "pet store" obedience training with one of our pups, but that did nothing for his reactivity and overall fear of people and other dogs. Both of our dogs pulled when being walked on leash, frequently barked at pedestrians from our house, and struggled to follow basic commands.
Now our pups are so much better! A firm "no" goes a long way with both of them. They are crate trained and rarely bark indoors. I can now walk them by myself without getting pulled down the sidewalk! You have to be willing to commit to the training and be consistent with your dogs for the best results.
When we started training with Bruce I made it very clear that I wanted to keep my dogs in my home during the training. He still agreed to work with us and came by once a week to teach us new training steps to improve our pups' behavior. I am grateful for all of the skills that we learned to communicate to and control our dogs.

Bruce Maldonado was very helpful to me and my GSD Sunny. Sunny had just finished puppy class with a different training group. She was ready to advance to the next level with this group but I felt like she wasn’t challenged enough with what was offered.A friend recommended Lorenzo’s training and to ask for Bruce. Bruce helped train me along with my dog. He was very patient and helpful during our time together .I have called Bruce with questions or suggestions and he is always ready to help.

Bruce was the trainer for our daughter’s German Shepherd. She just didn’t listen and was aggressive towards animals and people before the training. The first day Bruce came in we saw a noticeable difference and by the end of six lessons she was walking off leash and a super good girl! It seems like a miracle, but it was 20 minutes of training three times a day and Bruce coming with his dog once a week to show us what we needed to do to make our girl comfortable and us comfortable. Can’t say enough about how good this training was. I highly recommend Lorenzo‘s Dog Training and Bruce

Our two rescues had very little socialization skills with other dogs and often had high anxiety. We tried a lot of different approaches but ultimately decided on using Jenn when one of our dogs bit the other one during play requiring a few stitches. After training they have less anxiety and have skills to help manage themselves. Our walks in our neighborhood have gone from terrible situations with one or both dogs going crazy at the sight of another dog a block away to both being able to heel and quietly walk by dogs in a yard. This means we also have less anxiety when we take our dogs out and about, and they are able to go out with us more. They are getting better each day as most importantly we feel we have tools to guide and teach our dogs what is expected of them. Friends and family have noticed the difference when they come over and comment on how our dogs are much more at ease now. Jenn Bobkoskie was and is very helpful as she still checks in on us just to make sure everything is going well- and our dogs love her!

They choke dogs- their approach is violent and inhumane- NEVER take your dog here unless you want your dog to have permanent damage mentally and physically - they should not be business this is very clear animal abuse.

Don’t take your dog here….. they will torture/ abuse your dog behind the scene !

We recently adopted a two-year-old yellow mixed Labrador rescue pup Ollie and were in need of some professional guidance to help Ollie adjust to his new home. Bruce Maldonado from Lorenzo Dog Training came highly recommended by a friend of a friend, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
From the very first session, Bruce's expertise and genuine love for dogs were evident. He quickly assessed our pup's needs and tailored a training plan that addressed his specific behavioral issues. Bruce's patience and positive reinforcement techniques worked wonders, transforming our energetic but unruly Labrador into a well-behaved and happy member of our family.
Bruce was always punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He provided us with valuable tips and techniques to continue reinforcing good behavior at home. Our dog not only learned basic commands but also developed a stronger bond with us through the training process.
We are so grateful to Bruce and Lorenzo Dog Training for their exceptional service. If you're looking for a dog trainer who truly understands and cares about your furry friend, we highly recommend Bruce. Thank you for helping our pup become the wonderful companion we knew he could be! Ken and Kelly Mace

Update - This is what happens when someone calls themself a trainer and uses fear and force to "train" a dog. Our dog was taken out of our sight and strangled into submission because he was tugging on the choke chain Lorenzo had us put on our dog even though we had explained that he had never been on a leash before as he has 3 acres to openly run at home and our vet and groomer come to our house. We also witnessed a cane corso shake in fear the same day at their training facility. Since this experience, we have spoken with numerous other trainers in the Cleveland area, and all were appalled at our story and pictures of our dogs eyes. Stress can cause a dogs eyes to get bloodshot, but only near strangulation will do what happened to our dogs eyes. Luckily, there was no permanent damage to his eyes, but that "free" session with the owner himself cost us a few hundred dollars in vet bills and mentally scared not only our dog but also my son and wife. If I could give negative stars, I would..

I would highly recommend Jennifer Bobkoskie and Lorenzo's Dog Training to anyone interested in having their dog trained and having incredible results. My parents took their dog to Lorenzo's and had amazing results so I decided that it was time for me to have my dog trained there as well. I adopted my dog when she was 12 weeks old and did not take her to be trained until she was a little over a year but I wish I had earlier. She knew just the basic training before like sit, down, and stay, but it was only when she wanted to listen, she was reactive towards other dogs and some people on walks, and I could not trust her off leash because she would just run and not come back like it was a game of keep away. Now after working with Jen she is a completely changed pup in her aspects of training, she of course still has all her quirky character traits and spunkiness. I feel more than comfortable taking her off leash in public around other dogs people and any situation that we may encounter like loud noises. Our walks have completely changed now from me avoiding walking by other dogs to being able to confidently walk past any dog with her being comfortable and in a perfect heel position. I can enjoy doing more things with my dog now like going to patios and many other places in public that I could not before. My dog and my relationship has grown so much more now after training. My friends and family have even complemented me on how my dog is now and how great the training turned out.
Jen was everything I could ask for and more in a dog trainer. While my dog was away for training she gave many updates and sent many pictures and communicated well with me so that my mind was at ease while sending my best friend to be trained. During our training sessions Jen made teaching me the training very simple, easy to understand, and then do. When I was struggling with an aspect of the training I would bring it up during one of our sessions and she would provide me with solutions that worked amazing and helped influence my dog to follow the training Jen taught her and she knew, but that she was struggling with me. My dog was in great hands with Jen and I knew she truly cared about her and saw the bond they made and leaving the last session seeing her say goodbye to my dog solidified that I knew she was very well loved in her training.
I would highly recommend Jen to anyone looking to have their dog trained and it is a no brainier for me that everyone of my dogs I ever get I will send to Jen to train them too.

I would like to thank Bruce Maldonado for his training expertise in training Beau and I. Beau was quicker to learn than myself and I thought the shock collar would work better on me. All kidding aside he is a happier dog as a rescue. I was gone 2 weeks and happy to say my boy is still doing well.
Bruce was patient with both of us and just kept us repeating our paces so both of us could learn. I have had 5 other dogs and never believed he would actually train off leash. But here we are... I am watering flowers and he is in the down stay.
Thank you.
Donna Fleck.
