My wife and I volunteer at the hospital and we were walking by the store this afternoon. Someone was standing by the front of the store holding a beautiful bouquet of roses. My wife told them how pretty they were and THEY GAVE THEM TO HER. What a wonderful gesture.The store has phone chargers for people that have unexpectedly had to arrive as patients. I know, we have gone and gotten them for people who couldn't go themselves. A real asset to the hospital.

Sunday, Aug 14 2022 ☆Just bought a cute midi ankle dress, made of gauze or linen and saved $49.00. The dress was priced at $59.95. With $49.00 taken off. I ended up paying $29.99 + tax. My total was $32.00! With a 30 day return policy. I bougt floral bouquests in the store too. Reasonably priced. There is so much to see and purchase, especially if youre visiting a patient and need a gift, a book, a bouquet, a card, magazines, lotions, candles, ect. There is unique itens at Joseph•Beth at Cleveland Clinic 9500 Euclid Ave.I also noticed the customer services is friendly and knowledgeable . I will be returning to shop more

Placed an order for a book that was listed as available, got put on a waitless called to find out why and never received a call back. 10 days later unable to cancel order online have to call. Rather spend the money at amazon at least i get a call back!

I think they try to accommodate a variety of needs, but for a bookstore, there's not a lot of books available. This location doubles as the hospital gifys shop and so prices are above average.

Make sure you check your receipt for your purchase. I was overcharged for a head wrap. She doubled the price that was initially given to me. I consider this act dishonest.

Just got hung up on mid conversation after proactively calling, speaking in a friendly voice, and letting Sandy know I was unable to attend the interview for personal reasons. I could have just not shown up but I wanted to be considerate. Based off of the two interactions with her, she is rude and not professional. When she called me to set up the interview, she was impatient and not genuine. She should be ashamed of herself.
