My friend went to jromer and she had her hair washed and blow dry and she said it left her hair feel nice and silky. She said when ever I come there visit she going to take me there to experience what she had done t her hair. So that why I'm giving this review on her experience. Great service for my friend??

so i have went to this salon about 13 times every 3-4 weeks the other day i had a appt i was running a little late due to traffic (rush hour time) when i arrived i apologized about running late and told them if i have to reschedule thats fine so then they began to reschedule then the owner says well she will have to put down 50 percent deposit if she wants to reschedule for a appt to make sure shes coming now mind you i never missed a appt all the times i have been coming here and i think thst was very unprofessional espically from the owner when he isnt my stylist i also think thats a way of telling me you dont want me as a customer any more so thats fine no problem your not the only salon also i have never heard of any hair salon asking for a deposit upfront for hair color lol espically from a established client that to me is very unprofessional and rude esoically when i always make it to my appointments and tip each time this is not a high class salon to begin with no offense its sad that they just lost a good customer they seem to pick and choose who they want as customers most of the clientile is older ladies that live close by that dont have a big selection of salons in the area i think the owner needs to learn customer service skills and should start treating all customers like they are the customer instead of playing favortisim with certain clients and being rude to others i also took my mother there for her highlights last month and they did not do it like she asked for but i paid for it anyway even though she wasnt hapoy she wanted them chunky and you ouldnt even see them and they didnt offer to even fix it either which was unprofessional its all about customer service and making the client satisfied one paying for the service so they should get what they want the salon owner jason is more about money than customer service

Today was my first time visiting J Romer Salon and it will definitely not be my last! I met with Lee for a color consultation and Wendy gave me a haircut. Both ladies were absolutely lovely, made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and made my experience a great one. Wendy not only gave me a fabulous (and much needed) haircut, but I also had the pleasure of being able to chat with her for the hour I was there. Love this salon! Comfortable and unpretentious atmosphere. It's an Aveda salon, whose products are wonderful. Jason has been my stylist for quite some time. My hair is perfect every time and I always get fabulous compliments from friends and strangers. Definitely recommend J Romer Salon!

I visited j romer on the recommendation from a friend and had one of the best experiences getting my hair done in a long time. Wendy did my hair cut and it had been 11 months since my last cut and I was extremely nervous due to my previous experiences with other stylist and not being happy with the outcome. Wendy did extremely well with my hair and I am the happiest I have been with my hair in a long long time. Lee did color on me and she did a great job as well, she was able to get my closer to where I want my hair color wise than anyone else in the past. I already have my next appointment set for follow-up.

J Romer Salon has the kindest, coolest, and most professional staff around. I've been coming here for close to 10 years. It's the only salon I know I can be 100% comfortable and trust that I will always leave feeling beautiful. They have outstanding safety protocols in place. It was such a nice treat to go to the salon, I actually teared up a few times with my gal Michelle. Here's to another 10 years!

The only hair salon I trust through the years! I love Michelle, and honestly the whole crew are amazing. You can tell they are a tight knit group. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an Aveda salon that wants to support a neighborhood gem at the same time. I'll add pictures next time Michelle cuts my hair!
