I have never had a someone from a pharmacy do so much to get my medicine today, This giant eagle didn’t carry my medicine. But because of computer issue I think,… she was having a head time transferring to a different GE pharmacy. Everyone else was telling me to call my Dr to resend to another pharmacy. It was Saturday and I was going to have to wait till Monday to get my very much needed meds that I was feeling sick from the thought of not having my meds. Meghan saw I wasn’t feeling well from not having my meds and she spent half hr calling other GE pharmacies until she found one that could figure out a way to transfer my meds . An hour later I had my meds from another Pharmacy. Everyone else from other Pharmacies didn’t care enough to put a little extra time into helping me. Meghan saved my weekend from being sick. I wish more people was as good at their jobs as Maghan is.

Michael the pharmacy tech is absolutely amazing. He is very kind, patient and courteous. He's not afraid to strike up a conversation while you're waiting and always has a smile to share and kind words. Thank you again Michael for always giving me great service.

This store manager Chris is rude racist very nasty to employees and I would never recommend to work at this store and upper management does nothing

Every time I go to yoga and the teacher tells the class to do Eagle pose I yell out "WELL WHEN I DO IT IT'S ACTUALLY A GIANT EAGLE POSE" and then I have to find a new place to do yoga at. I guess what I'm saying is I've ran out of places to do yoga in the area and I've been doing yoga in your beer cave. I move out of the way when people need to get a 12-pack that I'm blocking. It's working. Please don't stop me. The Bud Light and Love in me salutes the Bud Light and Love in you. Namaste.

Not enough staff maybe management should be on top of making sure enough staff are there to perform better customer service.

I am not a big fan of shopping with armed,off duty police officers acting as security. It doesn't make me feel safe and I am always slightly uneasy when I shop at this Giant Eagle. Also, prices are high for the level of quality in the produce, meat, deli, and seafood sections. You might have an issue if Whole Foods has better deals (and their products are better). Got to Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Heinens, Whole Foods, or even Marc's for better produce and prices.

I was one of the first people to move my prescriptions to this Giant Eagle Pharmacy when it opened. I see no reason for the two reviews that are posted.
