Stay clear away from this place. They claim to be unionized but follow business practices close to slaves working at a sweatshop behind closed doors. The female manager there does not care about you and will force you to stay there if she feels like you didn't do enough. The male 2nd in command is a very smart talking dude but he will do nothing to help. He knows what's happening and will tell you that this is PepsiCo and not him. On my 1st day there they forced us to sign a waiver that mentioned any reasons deemed as insubordination for example, if you came to work with an unsavory attitude or responded to people in any bad manner, don't follow through with orders given no matter how impossible or disagreed in any way with them will get you terminated. One night I worked overtime to fill in the order cuz a newbie quit and I got stuck with more work. Boss lady asked if I cleaned the isle for my order and I said no cuz I got help from coworkers while I finished this other dude's orders last minute. She had me follow her and as punishment, she made me lift 14 bales of cardboard into a semi with a standard dolly. Those things are freaking heavy and will destroy your back with a dolly. I asked the 2nd in command for help and he says he'll be back. 1 hour later he was still sitting on his chair. I walked tf out after that. I heard that this was normal across the board with every PepsiCo warehouse. I've worked other warehouse jobs that put you to work but this one was literal hell to be on. Sorry for the long story but I thought people should know. I went to the union to let them know, they heard my story. They said they'll investigate the issue and give me a call back. never heard from the union since.
