Put of five stars I give it a zero. Filthy rugs, holes in linens ,and covers, flat pillows. Ceiling mirrors over bed looked dirty. First room had writing on woodwork and the shower handle fell off. I would not stay here if I were you. I would rather sleep in my truck, but I was with someone who insisted that she needed a bed to sleep in and I could not leave her alone in this neighborhood.

I called twice to enquire about getting information on renting a room, And I was rudely hung up on twice by the manager & one of the employee's. It's mighty funny Both of them tried to act like they didn't understand what I was asking about, But they clearly understand the money you put in there hand while asking questions smdh #PoorCustomerServiceGhettoAsHell

Don’t go here, owner has nasty attitude and will try and overcharge you if you’re a tourist, got a room for almost half the price at a motel 6, not to mention this looked like a pretty bad place.

Everything about this place is TERRIBLE!!! The ROOM was DIRTY!! The BATHROOM was DIRTY!!! The BED was DIRTY!!! The SERVICE was HORRIBLE!!! AVOID THIS DUMP BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!

Room had bedbugs. Sheets were dingy. Toilet had trouble flushing in one room. Power went out. In all fairness there was a snow storm. Moved to another room.Power went out in 2nd room too. It was immediately restored once I called the office. No bedbugs but duvet has a million burn holes in it and bathroom sink drained so slow I started to go get drain unclogger myself. Then before checkout a guy was using a snow blower near my car. I asked him to please redirect the nozzle since all the other cars cars had left. I watched as he deliberately made sure to bury my car. To my credit I didn't flip out. I took photos and showed them to the manager. I actually think it was him the manager that did this. Strange characters set my alarm off all night. Then I actually caught a guy watching my car across from me.He was outside When he saw me he left with a partner. The temperature was -2° with a 26 below zero wind-chill. Do not go here under any circumstances.Rooms: Cold and nasty. You have no way whatsoever to modify temperature. My 1st room never got above 60 degrees. Do not place any clothes, or bags, on the floor. (Bedbugs)Safety: Don't go here. My car alarm went off 5 times. The manager or one of his workers buried my car on purpose. Make sure your vehicle is securely locked and place anything of value in your trunk.

Never had a problem with the owner.The rooms here in the last year hasn't been as clean as when I first started staying there.Other than that it's ok.

My boyfriend was out of town for his business and needed a place to stay for the week. He stopped into this motel and tried to get a night first and the man at the front desk instantly looked at him and said "No".No explanation and no other words. Very rude. Most likely being racist. My boyfriend is Hispanic with face tattoos but he does treee removal for a living.. On top of that the place was ran down looking and only 2 cars in the parking lot.They turned away good money from good ppl.

Probably one of the disgusting motels, or arguably the most disgusting motels I have ever been to. I was afraid to touch anything! Yikes!Safety: Not in the best of areas. You definitely should watch your surroundings here, and probably anywhere else. But you definitely need to watch yourself here.

The staff is friendly all while they are getting your money this is not a place for families or people who are not in the streets making money they support street walkers and have crack pipes in most rooms drawer. They have people on drugs cleaning the rooms the owner call her a maid and she does steal of course and the only reason any of the euclid ave motels are open because they collect illegal money. I dont even know how any of these motels are open maybe because that side of cleveland and east cleveland is not cared for they should be shut down and they call black people the n word here. if you notice its so many street walkers in that area. They talk to people rude when they feel like it then ready to call 911 on you when give the same energy back. GET THEM OUT OF HERE AND TAKE THAT PART OF CLEVELAND BACK. IF YALL EVER FIX UP EAST CLEVELAND OR CARE ABOUT IT GET THEM OUT HERE ATLEAST COME OVER AND CONTRIBUTE TO SOMETHING GOOD.

Low rate rooms are very small but is good that it's close to local stores room are kept halfway clean
