The Broadway store is never open it's supposed to be open from 8 AM to 8 PM they don't open at 8. And they close at 7 and If you get here At 650 they will Not let you in.

Drove my mom to this location to shop everything was fine until we went home. Come to find out they didn't give her a bag (okay cool) my mom calls and Destiny tells her she doesn't have her item. My mom then tells me she needs to go back up there and I tell my mom she should call ahead of time so Destiny can review the camera footage before hand. We arrive and Destiny (the manager) tells my mom she still has to review the cameras so she has to wait. Mind you we told her prior to review the camera and the exact time of purchase. The cashier then pulls out a bag with my moms item from a cart. There is a lack of miscommunication, organization, lying to customers and I think someone should look into their management. This all could've been solved so easily if Destiny (the manager) actually looked or asked the cashier instead of assuming my mom had all her items the first time my mom called. Destiny likes to assume she's the only busy one in the world.

They are always messy leaving carts in the aisle way which makes it hard for people with motorized carts to get by and shop. This is unacceptable!

W. T. H.!! HAS HAPPENED TO DG? THIS COMPANY HAS GONE DOWNHILL. 0-60 FAST!! THEIR STORES ARE SO INCREDIBLY JUNKIE. SAFETY HAZZARDS ON EVERY SINGLE ISLE!! AND THE EMPLOYEES... JEEESE! A PULSE IS ALL THAT'S NEEDED TO APPLY, MAYBE. CONVEINENCE IS "THE" ONLY GOOD THING, TO SAY ABOUT DG. ATLEAST 3 LOCATIONS I'VE VISITED RECENTLY!

This location actually stays open until the time listed as their closing time! How it should be! The employees are very friendly and personable, we had a great conversation. They don’t push people out near closing like most locations employees do. This DG also has a nice produce little section! Most locations DO NOT HAVE THIS. The toy section is also a lot nicer than most stores have! 10/10 would recommend this location to others. ☺️

If u want your wife to get disrespected by a little ankle high yapping chihuahua "store manager" then by all means visit this store prepared to go to war, this h0o wants to provoke someone into doing something that can never be taken back. She should learn not to open her mouth unless there is something in it. Maybe she was mad because she had to stop sitting on the mop handles to "help" a customer. In addition the register where u see what they are charging you as they ring you up has been conviently "broken" for over a year. KARMA CAN BE PAINFUL WHEN IT COMES BACK AROUND.. Regional Manager has yet to call back.
