I was referred to Jason through my Property Manager. I had an attempt break in at one of investment properties, and anxious and uncomfortable , due to me not being in town. I immediately call Jason whom was very responsive and attentive . He addressed all of my concerns, gave me recommendations and assured me that everything was going to be okay. His company Affinity Alarm, not only made me feel comfortable, but put my mind at ease. He was at my investment property the next morning and completed the installation of my alarm system. Jason was very patient while helping me to navigate the system through the mobile app and provided me with 1000 percent customer service and satisfaction.
