Around mid-September I walked into the Englewood Spectrum with a ton of equipment in hand and ready to abandon Spectrum altogether! After listening to my internet connection failure woes, Justin offered some really good advice to fix my issues. He stated that I was overloading the limits of my equipment. I took his recommendations for the system upgrades I needed to optimize my house size, number of technologies used simultaneously and speed requirements. I wanted try the upgrades first before writing my review. I am HAPPY to report that Justin's formula is working like a charm! I no longer drop zoom meetings, my security cameras do not have slow connections and my TV is not freezing up during my favorite shows.
Additionally, Justin and Chris from the Englewood location have been quite helpful with our service needs. My interaction with them both has been great. They are efficient, knowledgeable and show genuine concern for customers. The store gets a bit busy at times, but the wait is not extreme.
Please pass along this commendation to Justin for his stellar advice and professionalism. Chris helped with coordinating an on the spot service call. As a result, these two employees exceeded our expectations and I wanted to make sure they were recognized. It's nice to acknowledge good support when received. Great job guys!

Worse than time warner. Still do price hikes like crazy. Internet never runs at speeds promised. Being charged for cable, we dont have we have streaming service that doesnt work reliably " due to internet traffic. 1 gb internet cant handle a tv show?

Went into the store on a Saturday at 11:00AM and they only had 1 employee working.
He was doing a great job, but there were 9 people waiting for 1 employee to help them.
They are severely understaffed and we left due to the wait.

Very rude employee. I walked in to return a modem today. I walked up to the counter, not knowing that I needed to sign in. The lady said that I was being rude cutting in front of other people, but there was hardly anyone in the store and not anyone right in front of the counter. I told her that she didn’t need to be so rude and that I did not know that I needed to sign in, then she refused to provide me service. I just left the modem on the counter and left.

I went in to replace equipment. I was in and out in less than 20 min. The young man was very helpful and knew what I needed immediately. Everyone was very friendly.

The store was pretty crowded with people waiting in the service line. I waited for forty five minutes at least. There were only two service reps working. When it was finally my turn I was told they couldn't help me. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I am now stuck with a phone that is basically nothing more than a paper weight.

Poor customer service. They seemed so dismissive to a new phone service customer. I was having trouble porting my number from boost and ask for assistance in doing so. They basically said "f___ you" You are on your own.

I was becoming very frustrated having to reset my phone multiple times a day when I just happened to be driving by the Englewood store. I don't live in the area but was making a delivery for my job and was pleasantly surprised to come across the store. I decided to stop and go in. I explained to Justin what my phone was doing and he believed that it sounded like my Sim card was going bad. He replaced it at NO CHARGE! This corrected the problem.I would highly recommend Justin if you are in need of help with Spectrum. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
