Looked on website and saw they had the part I needed, went to the store and got sent to a transmission shop because they didn't feel like looking it up. Circleville has the laziest people I have ever met working here.

Had an emergency for a large local customer and needed a couple short hoses made. Older gentlemen in the middle asked what I needed. Greeted him and asked how he's been doing as I've used them about 10 times over the past two years. Got a very dry response, but gave him the hoses. He comes back shortly and shows me the fittings they have are longer than what mine are. He places everything on the bench and I show him where to measure from. He makes a mark on the one fitting in a frustrated demeanor and a huff. Once he finishes his marking, I attempt to check the mark one more time before he makes a cut. He is pulling on the hoses angrily as I'm trying to explain that I want to double check the mark. He yells at me that he's been making hoses for 37 years. I yelled back that if he's been doing that for 37 years how does he not know how to measure a hose end to end. He tosses one hose back up on counter, and said he's done, and not making them. He goes back to get the second hose and with a childish manor, asks for his rag back.At least the guy on the left had the decency to apologize for his coworker. I understand working with customers can be frustrating at times. Most times I've been in I always felt I was a bother to him, and he hated being there and was very mad at something. The gentleman on the left has always been very helpful and tries to resolve any issues I have.

Placed an order online for 30 minute pick up. Received an email that my order was ready. Showed up an hour later and the three buffoons behind the counter acted like they had no idea what was happening. Just told me that they didn't have the product I wanted (did get my name or check my order) and that sometimes online says they have but they don't. Told me I could get it tomorrow. (Which wouldn't work) I left, then walked back in realizing that my card had already been charged and they said "don't worry the order will be cancelled and you'll be refunded" fast forward nearly 15 minutes later where I am checking out at a different auto store that didn't have the number of parts I needed and called me saying that one guy came back from lunch and told them they had my order and asked if I'd like to come pick it up. I was very frustrated at this point and said no. I've already bought another one from a different company. Just cancel it. They then decided to hang up on me. Horrible customer service who offered little help

Great service and workers couldn’t ask for a better parts store. Scott, Ron, Joe and Evan are all very knowledgeable and ready to help. Harold and Walter great delivery drivers always quick to get your parts to you.

I've worked with this company for many years across many different vehicles, and they have always come through for me when it comes to availability, and price. Their customer service is always top notch. Whenever I have a question regarding a product, they always have the answer. Great company to work with.

One of the most unprofessional, unfriendly places ever and they have no clue about fixing hydraulic hoses! And they don't care! Don't ever go there unless it's life or death!!

I called looking for a part just now. The guy priced me a part that was over 3 times what everyone else did. He asked what the part number was so I gave it to him and he told me it was for a Chrysler not a Ford. I told him I didn't know that's just what it says, he got real rude and said have a nice day and hung up on me.... Will never use Napa again!

The guy who answered the phone. And also was there when I visited the store. Had the personality of toast. That is probably an insult to toast. If I possibly can help it. I will not go back to this Napa. Everyone in the store. Had the mannerism oh so what big deal. If you need your part. You need your part. Merry Christmas and God bless you.

Local auto parts store who stock a wide range of parts for most vehicles at decent prices. The employees have a TON of experience in this business. They stock parts that are hard to find at the Chain stores which makes them a convenient place to shop. The prices on the items I have purchased have been comparable to other places and are often less. I certainly have never had to worry about getting the wrong part for my vehicles here as the staff is great !
