I love Big Lots the store, but I get so sick and tired of being asked for the stupid savings card and or my phone number. And the fact that they don't start ringing up my items until I give them one or the other. Today I spent $130 plus, just to get home and see that the security tag was left on one of my items. I called and all I was told was I would need to come in and have it removed. Well guess what, thanks to Tictok I did it myself. You wanted me to make a trip back to town for a mistake you made. One particular employee. Nice lady but enough is enough. Just let me shop and check out without all the extra hassles. I am about to start traveling to Lancaster and give that store my business.

The store was clean and well organized, and the staff was very friendly. The sign on door and staff made sure we knew they would be open all day this Thursday for Thanksgiving. Remember everyone, these employees are not tipped, probably not even paid full-time wages. So cut them some slack!

If I could leave a 0, I absolutely would. I do NOT recommend this store. I worked there for 3 days, before I walked out mid shift because I was being blatantly bullied by a coworker. I was told I have no common sense, I had a pen and paper slammed down in front of my face, I was scoffed out while she shook her head & rolled her eyes (I was moving out of her way to be polite, she didn’t like that), and in front of a line full of people, she yelled out to a fellow coworker “she messed up already!” Mind you, ALL of this happened IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I proceeded to call a manager after, and the male manager LAUGHED when I told him my experience. I am so disappointed to see that worker still works there, and she still openly gives me dirty looks. That’s so disappointing. I do not recommend. This is MY experience, my opinions. Take it as you will.

I like going here and looking around.. this one very nice older lady was nice and she was like "ill show you in the back" she took me back and showed me and I ended up buying what was on the floor
