Out of all the stores I stopped at in Cincinnati I can honestly say this store has the BEST coffee, ice cream... Convenient location, I would stop here everyday before and after work... The staff was cool to me, never had any problems at all shopping here!

Not a good place, well staffed, but everyone was just sitting behind the counter chilling. No public restrooms, which is a standard service at a gas station. The low overall star rating says it all. Corporate responses are nice but not implemented.

You can get gas here but that is it. Do not meet standard building code due to restroom policy which is a large civil rights violation with no accessible restroom to the public. Not the standard UDF brand. Staff would not let kids use restroom.

And I thought speedway was bad!!!!! I haven’t been in this udf in a couple of years, let me tell you how bad it is! Dirty!!!!! Dirty!!!! Dirty!!!! Trash all over the parking lot, the store has product laying everywhere, holes in the coolers, no regular creamer out. Heck the trash can was even facing the wrong direction!!!! This store used to be really nice. I never would have thought I’d see a udf that looked worse than a speedway!!!!!!

This store is close to me but the problem is with the workers who do not accept 25 cent coins, racist who are the ones who work there, they rejected me 20 dollars in 25 cent coins, I will upload this on my tiktok page since I have more than 500K followers so they know about this

No public restrooms, soda machine is down, icee machine is down. Employees are screaming and laughing with each other as there is a line out the door. No sense of urgency. Racist staff.

Never any paper in the pump outside. I mean, what's the point in paying at the pump for convenience? If you have to go in and get a receipt every time.I could say more.. but I'd sound racist... ???
