We loved this place. We had studio king room and it was very clean. I loved the bright rooms with blue and yellow paint. It's kind of secluded in an industrial area, but I never felt unsafe. Restaurants are about a 5 -10 minute drive and downtown Cincinnati was a 25 minute drive. The pool and courtyard area were beautiful! We will definitely be back when we visit Cincinnati again. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!Rooms: Bright and cleanSafety: I felt very safe.Food & drinks: We did not eat breakfast here, but food is about a 5 minute drive.

Curb appeal of property is very good. Lobby spaces very inviting. Front desk staff most professional. Room proved to be three rooms I could live in long term. Absolutely great value. Location seems to be in the midst of many industrial distribution centers but easy access to highways. Location felt perfectly safe. Recommend highly.

Killed a roach in the bathroom, garbage disposal was broken and stinking, light bulbs were out, shower moldy, furniture damaged, remotes for TVs had dead batteries, the whole place smelled like weed and bad, burnt food. The shower was so gross that we didn't even take showers. It was our first time at this chain and will be the last.

Nice location, not around anything “sketchy” that I felt. Staff was awesome and the rooms were really clean! Will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Overall a good location. A little overpriced for my budget. The fact that this location doesn't have a stove is a downside. Most people are here longterm and want to be about to cook and feel like they are at home. Very overpriced for an extended stay. I asked if the had monthly rates and the gentleman told me pretty much $900+ a week. That is a lot for a homeless person on a fixed income just trying to survive

Everything was fine until we found blood stains on all three sheets of the bed. Which can only mean, they never changed it after the last guest. I am disgusted and disappointed. We are not in a position to go to a new hotel otherwise we would. I would never come back to this hotel. We paid for a weeks accommodation and now stuck in place that has no regard for their guests.

The service was horrible. The breakfast was mostly empty 2 days in a row. When they would restock, it would take forever and they didn't restock the essentials like syrup...The rooms were in desperate need of updating. The owner's children or grandchildren were playing basketball every morning which started between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. I'm assuming this was to work as an alarm clock to get up and out. So annoying. There were some needed repairs that were a little dangerous. My husband tripped over the carpet which was coming up into the kitchen area. He tripped at least 3 times. We couldn't hang a bath towel on the towel holder in the bathroom because it was falling down. The bathroom floor tile was coming up. We won't return.

Bed literally sinks in the middle and the mattress has bumps in it. Extremely uncomfortable. I can hear everything from the unit above me. The end of hallway doors slam shut every time some opens them. The shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between. “Breakfast” was just some old looking Jimmy Dean sandwiches. I don’t eat eggs so I had to get food elsewhere before work. Price point was great but I guess you get what you pay for. Do your research before hand!

First thing is first. They scammed me and my family at least 3 times because they are Indians and think us Americans are stupid. 2nd, called the front desk because room 111 was having a damn birthday party and was screaming and bassing until 4 am. I called and called and called the front desk, noone answered. 3rd, the manager is a hateful mean rude lady. She talked to us like we were stupid after they kept overdrafting our cards and kept demanding more money( mind you, noone told us that if we were a day late the balance would jump up to $315). This place is a scam and not worth as much money as we are paying. Also, housekeeping cleaned our room and didn't even clean the shower!

I would give zero stars if I could. Carpet is DISGUSTING. I been coming here for 6 years to stay and this year is honestly astounding at how bad the location has got. Breakfast had NOTHING to pick from at 9:30am. They charged me $900 for 3 nights stay right at check in too. I will not be coming back.
