lot always has trash all over the ground and bathroom is never cleaned anymore.. guy who wears glasses saw a customer struggling to pick something up and all he did was talk to his coworkers. disgusted and will be taking my business else where :).

I usually never write reviews for gas stations but this one has really surprised me. Once new ownership took over, the bathroom is always clean, shelves are well-stocked, cashiers are polite and friendly, and I’m never overcharged for anything. Can’t speak to the pumps since I rarely get gas here, but I love what new management has done to turn it around.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! This place is gross in their over all cleanliness of their store traveling had to use the bathroom an looks like their bathroom wasn't cleaned in months. It's sad they had three people there one acting like he's working in the office another guy actually trying to stock why another guy stands at the register being rude to customers doing nothing an they wasn't busy so why they cant clean their store an bathroom is beyond me an maybe hint why they were not busy! So sad just so very sadddd DO BETTER!!

They accused me of stealing a water and went off on me so I emptied my purse in front of him and the other customers to show him I did not steal anything and then took my business else where... very rude... Very unbusinesslike... Have never been back, plus it is hard, traffic wise, to get in and out of this joke of a store

Gotten racially profiled today and the man accused me of stealing. I showed him my bag at checkout and he was proven wrong …. Called me trash and told me to get out after I told him I didn’t want to buy anything in his establishment anymore since I was obviously profiled. Will never return .

Pumps don't work. You have to pay inside of a store. In a middle of a pandemic the self-service should be working.

Time to Shell-ve your plans to go to another gas station, and come to this one instead.This is a mid-price gas station in Cincinnati which we've stopped at and used on a couple of occasions.Indeed, there are plenty of good gas stations around here and this is clean and refreshingly new, in a nice part of town.

They overprice everything. I just bought 2 1 oz Colby Jack cheese sticks one pack of orbit gum and one 14 oz muscle drink. I was charged 10.17 cents. I'll be calling corporate today
