Large store, clean bathrooms, two walk-in bathrooms that are unisex and disabled. Nice variety, there is also a Dunkin Donuts adjacent to the Shell station. You don't have to go out of the Shell to get to the Dunkin you can just walk through the convenience store

Just left and they have a sign on the door say back in 5 minutes! I don’t know if the staff is sleep or getting high no one ever came back to unlock the 24 hour store!!!!!!!!

to the garbage human that just waited on me, you should be ashamed! I just came in to your store to buy vuse. I asked a simple question and was met with irritation. little do you know, I owe a business in Madeira. since my local place was closed, I came to you. now...without question...I promise I will never send anyone to you for a damn thing! shame on you! how dare you treat me like crap! no one I know will EVER go there now! as a resident of Madeira for 22 years you just burned your employer's business's bridge to the ground. word will be out!

They deactivated discounts at the pump. Price gouging on top of removing discounts. How is this ok?

To me this is the more convenient gas station to come to especially if you're going up the highway going north 71 because once you get in here, get gas, all you got to do is just take a right and get back onto the exit so that way you can get to where you need to go.

This is one of the cleanest gas stations I've ever been in. Especially the bathrooms, and clean public bathrooms are hard to come by. The only thing that would make it better is if the bathroom had a baby changing station. Other than that, it's fabulous!

Busiest station around. Needs more frequent cleaning. Kroger discount doesn't seem to work. Always regret coming here Vs less hectic, cleaner, better value spots.

do not go to this station unless you want to die from covid 19! this station is violating the ohio mask mandate!!! they should be cited, fined and whatever else the law allows to hold this company responsible for putting us at risk!!! shell - your personal beleif is yours you are entitled to it. but dont put us and our families your families at risk!!!! i am a lifelong shell customer until today. i switched to udf. they have better quality gas and cheaper.
