So this shell and a few others in the Cincinnati area seem to deliberately have the contactless payment disabled.I was here and held my card to the contactless payment terminal, and it terminated the transaction. I then proceeded to just use the chip reader although being less secure. My card was declined. Backed up to another pump exactly same thing. Shot down to UDF and held the exact same card to the contactless payment terminal and worked flawlessly.Shell needs to get their act together on this matter. They have had this disabled for over a year now. Super lame.

No one do any jobs for this gas station. They will scam you for your money. They will take their invoice and not give you any money. Do not do anything.

I'm here almost everyday. The new skinny guy in the morning is the worst. Literally always on his phone and refuses to say anything to anyone. Terrible service. Highly recommend getting rid of him. Everyone else is perfect.also consider a second person for the drive through lol

Clerk was friendly and saved me 1.00 by ringing up my dr peppers at the sale price When it had originally ring up the regular price also I inadvertently what’s my phone on the counter and he came outside in the snow to give me my phone back

So my girlfriend went to this shell tonight and was getting her strawberry watermelon kiwi disposable made me fox max, not more than 2 minutes down the road she tells me to turn around because it was fake, the serial number was not even enough number to see if it is real, the packaging is so off brand and when we went back not even 2-3 minutes later and they were close and it was only 10:56 when we got there and they are not suppose to close until 11. Tried calling there phone number listed mutiple times got number but somebody asking a remote number access code. Horrible experience.

Store is clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly. Gas Prices are always competitive.
The only issue I have is the Car Wash is broken :(.... I really wish they would fix the Car Wash.
