Literally the easiest smoothest return I have ever done in my life . I was exchanging some things from an online order and the woman that assisted me showed me an amazing gift set from the brand I wanted to exchange my product for . I ended up saving money and not having the original card was not even a problem for the rest of the return . She didn’t try to scam me or sell me anything I didn’t want but also knew exactly what I wanted and what I was trying to communicate to her. They added it to whatever credit card I had on me no problem . I was in and out in less than five minutes AND the store was crowded . (I also had everything I wanted picked out already to show the employee and she knew exactly where every product was and knew exactly how to sell them,) The employee that checked me out was also very knowledgeable and they both made everything smooth and easy . I had the worst experience at Ulta and I will never shop there again . It was a complete nightmare. I don’t know if my experience at Sephora was that smooth or if my experience at ulta was that bad . I’m going to say both. Sephora you can thank ulta and your pleasant employees and your amazing return and exchange policy. I am indecisive and like to shop online so I frequently do exchanges if I don’t feel 100% happy with my purchase . Omg thankyou Sephora your my new obsession

Sephora Rookwood is supposed to close at 7pm. I arrived to the store before 7 the door was locked and there wasn’t a single person on the floor. I needed to run in and out to grab two items by Paula’s Choice would have taken me 5 minutes tops. I knocked on the glass a few times no one came to the front. I added my call log which are the numbers for Rookwood and Kenwood. Rookwood did not answer. I called Kenwood at 6:59 again clearly before 7 and asked for the regional managers name and explained what happened. She said she didn’t know who that was I then asked for the store manager of Rookwood and she said legally she couldn’t give me her name. I was in retail for ten years in my younger days (mostly management) and all of a sudden you can’t be given a name to complain to? Of course she said I could come to Kenwood and I’m like yeah at an inconvenience to me I had several things to do in Norwood. I told her ok fine tell your sister store not to close early. I’ve added the photo of four staff leaving Sephora at 7:05pm so apparently ALL of them were in the back room when I was knocking on the door. I’ve spent plenty of money in this store was just telling my friend how I liked the customer service here better than the other place that starts with a U and literally the next day this happened.

Went to do a return and the lady who helped me was quick and efficient. My gripe is that I also went to get shade matched for a foundation, and the young lady they brought out to help me acted like it was the worst thing anyone could ask her to do. IDK if she was having an off day, but it was very uncomfortable to be around someone acting like they were annoyed that you needed help....which is their job to provide.

Don't go in this location if you want to be asked by ALL 5 associates if you need help. ? It's annoying and it's OBVIOUS.

Great place and helpful employees. I scheduled a make up session for my daughter and she really enjoyed it and learned some new tips and techniques for her makeup and skincare in general.

I got great service here, even though it was a tad busy because of the holiday season (Review written: December, 2023)I ordered ahead of time online and pick up was easy. Then I browsed around, and I like that no one pressured me, but staff were available to answer questions.Good selection of fragrances. I was surprised at the extensive availability of Kiehl’s products.Easy to park.

I absolutely always 100% of the time have amazing help and they have the best costumer service at any Sephora I've ever been to! It's the only place i'll go for all my make up,skin care,hair care and perfume.Thank u Sephora for always being there and having great costumer service and sweet people!!! U rock!!!

I Went in to see what new and enticing products Sephora has added and everyone was very welcoming. Sadie immediately greeted me and was of great assistance touring the store as to what they had to offer. I appreciate when a beauty advisor goes out of their way to assist, give honest feedback and exudes patience. Although I stayed pretty late I did not feel rushed one bit. This is why I am a repeat customer with Sephora, the energy is the same in any city thus far.
