Straight-forward experience for a new furnace and air conditioner. I was pleased that the installation date was sooner than I had expected. Corey and Adam were punctual and were very professional. They took the time to answer my questions and to explain the process of the Installation. I am very pleased with my experience with them and Recker and Boerger.

I visited when looking for a replacement dishwasher during a kitchen remodel. I was interested in the Bosch brand. They showed me the product and explained the features. The sales people were very helpful and service was fast. They obviously knew the appliances they were selling. I also appreciated that they did not use high pressure sales tactics. Their pricing was competitive but I did find a lower price elsewhere otherwise I would have bought here. I would add these guys to your list when appliance shopping as they are honest and helpful.

I called Recker and Boerger on a whim trying to price compare a Bosch 300 series dishwasher I’d seen at a big box store. I’m glad I did! Mark W. not only helped me get a 500 series (better model) for about the same price I was quoted for a 300 series at the big box, but also had it in stock, and was able to install the same week. The two gentlemen who did the install and haul away worked efficiently and were courteous. New dishwasher works great!
My advice - call these guys and give them a shot before you go to a big box store.

I can’t remember which location we ended up using but we spoke to an Andrew R. and he was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional and we ended up getting an incredible deal after dealing with a huge flood in our basement. Would absolutely recommend and use in the future.

On Friday, Feb 9th 2024 the technician Mike and Apprentice Cody were dispatched to perform a tune up of the gas furnace in my residence. Only Apprentice Cody came inside the house to work on the furnace. He took almost an hour to work on the furnace while Mike sat in the van on the driveway the entire time. Cody collected the check and walked away. The technician never bothered to come inside the house to check the work performed by the apprentice. A day later, I opened the cover of the furnace and found inside a couple of metal screws and a bright threaded metal ring about 3/4 in dia which were not there previously. I have a picture of them. So I called on Monday morning Feb 12th to inform the company about what I found and asked for Cody to come out to put the pieces back where they belong. This time Mike came with Cody inside the residence and claimed that it is common for furnace manufacturers to leave extra screws etc. I told him that I never saw those screws before !! That is when he snapped at me. When I told him he has no business to snap at me, he said he would leave. I responded that he is free to do so. On the way out, he angrily told me NEVER EVER CALL RECKER and BOERGER !! Is this the kind of employees the company hires ??

I recently hired Recker and Boerger to replace my (heat pump) HVAC system and hot water heater. They gave me the best estimate, answered my numerous questions and they were just great throughout the entire process. The installers were courteous, they protected my floors and I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the job and their attention to detail. I’m so great full they were available when I needed them

If I could give zero stars I would, but it won’t let me. The lack of professionalism, decorum, and respect from their employees is astronomical. The following story can be repeated last year as well, so essentially, it’s been two years of this with no resolution.I have been told multiple times that it is “not cold enough“ to schedule a tuneup of my oil furnace, then I am told that I will be put on a “callback list;” And when I am not called, and when I call them to complain about it, they hang up on me. I have called back and asked to speak to a manager several times, none is ever available, and I’m always told that it will be “escalated to the management team“ which, as working in customer service I know means “we’re not going to do anything and go away.” They will take your money for equipment, sales, and try to pressure you into better (more expensive) equipment, but when it comes to service or maintenance, they are mysteriously never available. I am sure some “bot” will answer this as the management team from the company, but nothing will ever be resolved, no one will ever contact me, and I will never use them ever again. I suggest you find a different company for your heating and cooling needs.
