Very rude managment staff and warning to others as I will be posting on every platform watch this staff and your cards you check in with. Numerous reports including us of being charged for non existant fees after you check out. Be warned I had to go through Corp to get a refund. They can never explain it and won't even talk to you about it. Had a stay previously that was fine but won't be back.

Our night here was miserable, could not sleep because the other guests upstairs had children that were running up and down the hallways the entire night. The staff did. Nothing to remedy the situation. The walls are made of paper apparently because you can hear EVERYTHING!. All I can say is I'll never be staying here again.

I felt like everything here was slightly above average for my normal hotel experience. The pillows were better than average, and the breakfast had fresh scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles. The pool was in service although we didn't swim this time. We did hear a couple trains. Our room was clean. We enjoyed our stay!

They are currently remodeling, which is great. The rooms were nice and the shower was great. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The staff was very nice and a good cup of coffee from the breakfast buffet. Didn't have time to stay to eat but it looked wonderful. Thank

The beds were nice the room was hot cause the air conditioner wasn't working well they told me I had to wait to the sun go down which is crazy to me If they had curtains that would cover the windows to block the sun it probably would have been better .Noteworthy details: I wouldn't come here again

Would NOT go back. I guess I'm glad I used my reward points for this stay because I would never spend my money on this hotel.When we got into our room it smelled AWFUL and there were towels surrounding the air conditioner. I asked the front desk if the AC unit was leaking and she informed me that the rain that day caused the first floor units to flood, so the towels were soaking up the water and the heat was cranked up to "help dry it out". The carpet was still soaking wet our whole stay. Clearly humidity is a continuous issue since ALL of the the dry wall tape was falling off of their walls in the room and especially the bathroom.The front desk was pleasant, but unhelpful.

Their beds are hard and very uncomfortable. They staff is rude and inconsiderate. The laundry room is a joke. It takes 4 cycles to dry your clothes. You pay for breakfast with your room but they don't want you to take food back to your room. I'm not going to leave out that the breakfast room only has 9 small tables in a small little room. I suffer from severe anxiety and PTSD. The staff at this hotel has really messed with my mental health.

The swimming pool was extremely COLD and the air conditioner was on in that area making the air really cold. Sad because we were looking forward to the swimming pool.The room needs maintenance attention. The floor slopped down with holes under the carpet. Could turn an ankle.The bed was comfy and the pillows were great.A huge NO NO is the coffee machine in the bathroom by the toilet. That is gross.

Hotel was very out of the way, practically under a bridge. Pictures online depict it as much nicer than it is. It's fine for the price, but it's not what you see in the pictures.

I was not okay with some of the conditions of this hotel. my coworkers shower didn't even work. furniture falling apart, blood stains or whatever else on my comforter. everything was in shambles in this place. paint peeling off the walls. it needs help. not to mention its right next to the train tracks and a high traffic area.. you can even draw a curtain to block the light. i won't be returning.

Room was comfortable, location good. Only drawback of this hotel is that they said the pool, hot tub, and some equipment in the exercise room was not working. I feel that they should be able to state that certain amenities are not working withi the choice app when you are looking to book a night. Then they shouldn't charge as much or refund a % back to each customer.

While the folks that work there are nice the hotel is in major need of a renovation. The rooms smell strongly and there is mold for sure, which I'm allergic to, so in the middle of the night that was hard to deal with. Breakfast was lacking, so I didn't eat. Walls seem thin so you can l hear people in nearby rooms.
